Welcome to Pelican Inlet in beautiful Crescent beach, in St Augustine! This 2-bed, 2-bath condo offers excellent amenities, including pool, tennis courts, guest parking, and boat storage for the ramp into the intercoastal only a block away!
With excellent dining options and shopping just a short drive away, and the new crosswalk to the ocean adding a measure of safety for your family to easily cross A1A, you will feel right at home here.

The old city historical district is just a 15-minute drive, and even closer, you can check out the St. Augustine Ampitheater concerts and Saturday farmers market; the Alligator Farm, and Marineland and close by, and of course, the Atlantic Ocean is just a block away!

The condo is a short 2-hour drive to Orlando and its theme parks, an hour from jacksonville Airport, and 45-minutes from Daytona Beach.
