Loved our stay

The condo was easily accessible to the beach and other activities on land. We loved the area and the beach was not too crowded which is important to us. We have no complaints on our accommodations. We have stayed in many nice VRBO’s and have slept on some pretty uncomfortable beds, dealt with crappy kitchen appliances and dirty dishes, etc. The condo was very clean, you can tell they work hard to get it perfect for arrival. We slept great at night thanks to the comfortable bed and it is was very quiet. We definitely hope to be back.

Place you can tell hasnt had much repairs. Fans from 1970. Dishes from dollar store. Light switches need attention. Showeg in master very dangerous. Can tell owner is cheap and dont want to reinvest profits back into unit. Blindes cheap walmart quality

Beautiful gem

My friends came to celebrate a 40th birthday for a friend in our group and I can’t tell you how much we enjoyed ourselves. This cute little home had everything we needed and more. Love that the pool was just a few steps as well as the beach. We had a great brunch on the patio and explored everything St. Augustine had to offer. Candy was a breath of fresh air and always so quick at responding to our messages. She was very thorough and super pleasant. Her cute-little home made our stay convenient to get to the places we explored and very reasonable. We will be back.

The townhouse worked out perfect for our short stay visiting St. Augustine. The property was very clean and had everything we needed. A short and easy walk to the beach. Would definitely stay again if visiting the area.

Fun in the Sun!

Great location! Beach and pool were great. Easy peasy type of trip. The condo offered alot of nice amenities. We really enjoyed sitting out in the balconies.

Wonderful getaway

Property was just as presented. Very clean and comfortable and in a great location. Grandkids enjoyed the beach and playing tennis. Would definitely stay here again.

Great location

It was exactly what we were looking for in a weekend getaway with the family. The condo was clean and well equipped with the essentials that you would need for your stay.Beach access and a pool as well as upstairs and downstairs balconies to sit and enjoy fresh air. There was plenty of places near by to eat and not to far from historic downtown.

The condo was nicely situated at a private beach with a pool. I enjoyed having a balcony off the main floor and the master bedroom. Condo was cozy and very clean. Candy was a very Available flexible and helpful host I hope to come again

Average property with broken kitchen cabinets and a broken disposal. Coupled with the fact that a 1500 damage deposit was collected and held for over a month, I would choose to go elsewhere next time.

Perfect Family Getaway

This townhouse rental was cute, clean, and quiet. It met our needs perfectly, with plenty of room for our family of four (2 adults, 2 teenagers). Well-appointed kitchen, and basic necessities in bathrooms. Even beach towels and a few beach accessories are on hand if you forget to bring your own! A fairly short walk to the soft, white sands and expansive, non-crowded beach. The location was perfect. Close to a grocery store and restaurants, and a short drive to all the tourist attractions. We never felt unsafe on the property. Owner is very friendly and quick to respond with any questions. Would definitely stay here again! is o stairs very tavailable.

Steps to the sea

Rental was very clean and met our needs. Easy access, close to everything on Anastasia. Unit was dated but in good shape. Be prepared to climb stairs.

Great Condo!

Everything was exactly as pictured. The host was communicative with very detailed expectations and check in was a breeze. I’ve had VRBO’s where the code wouldn’t work leaving my family stuck outside for hours but not in this case! A few things that made this condo great for us was liquid hand soaps in each bathroom and kitchen (I usually bring these) extra shampoo and body wash, very nice touch, plenty of linens and towels and enough living room seating for all of us. The beach chairs were perfect too. The only thing we could have used 1 more of was a garbage bag! Maybe leave 2 extra for families for week long stays. The location is a 3 minute walk to the beach and it’s SO quiet at night in the complex. The pool is really nice and wasn’t crowded. This location is 10 driving minutes to Old town St. Augustine, so super easy to get there for dinner and shopping. We had a great week and no one wanted to leave. Thank you!
