Our property is located on 13 acres which means you'll have a peaceful and serene stay. The space is a 1 bedroom 1 bath apartment with the option to use the sleeper sofa for additional guests. The Mill at Fine Creek/ Fine Creek Brewery is located just 5 minutes from us and downtown Powhatan is just 12 minutes away making this location extremely convenient.

The property is lovely! As pictured, well appointed, comfortable and quiet (great sleeping), and very clean. FYI, there's a Food Lion up the road for stocking up the kitchen beyond the coffee and basic spices provided. Yes, the apartment is up some stairs, not handicapped accessible. The wi-fi and Roku work fine. Plenty of hot water with a good showerhead and thick, soft towels. And parking is just feet away from the door. I highly recommend!
