The entire walkout basement, including the kitchenette, living room, bathroom, bedrooms, laundry and backyard patio, is exclusively yours to enjoy. You will have 2 designated parking spaces in the shared driveway. ***

PETS: We are happy to accommodate well-behaved pets! We accept dogs, cats, reptiles and mammals (in appropriate hutches/cages). The below applies to their stay:
1) A pet fee is the fee you pay for the privilege of your pet(s) being hosted in the home. It does NOT cover pet damage or additional cleaning as a result of urine, pet strains, chewing damage, etc.
2) Aggression, excessive barking, furniture destruction will not be tolerated and we expect all pets to be potty-trained.
3) You are responsible for your pet(s) at all times and they must remain under your control when on the premises, including when outside in the yard.

YARD: Our yard is not fenced but backs up to other homes and to a private large church. There are ample walking trails on the church property and at the end of the cul-de-sac around the Innsbrook lakes. Perfect for your furry friend!

EARLY CHECK-IN/LATE CHECK-OUT: We cannot guarantee early check-in or late check-outs, but you are welcome to ask in advance.
