Spacious 2-room holiday apartment with a balcony, Wi-Fi, and access to the pool in Cuxhaven-Döse

This spacious 2-room holiday apartment is located on the ground floor of House LEE in the popular Luv & Lee complex in Cuxhaven-Döse—just a few minutes’ walk from the beach.

The apartment features a combined living and sleeping area with a fold-out bed and a cosy sofa set, as well as a separate bedroom with a comfortable double bed at a comfortable height—ideal for restful nights.

The separate kitchen is equipped with a modern built-in kitchen, including a dishwasher, a microwave oven with grill and convection functions, a dining table, and four chairs—perfect for self-catering.

The well-maintained bathroom with a tub/shower combination and toilet provides additional comfort. On the southwest-facing balcony, you can relax and enjoy sunny afternoons.

A garage parking space is included with the apartment, as is free use of the on-site swimming pool—a real highlight in any weather. Wi-Fi is, of course, available.

Each of our apartments has its own parking space or garage. There are also two separate rooms between the buildings available for your bicycles.

Enjoy free access to the on-site swimming pool* and, if needed, use our washing machines and dryers for a small fee.

In the immediate vicinity, you’ll find shopping options, a bus stop, and various restaurants. For our younger guests, there’s a large play fort on the beach and the expansive “Seeräuber” adventure playground in the spa park. The heated seawater outdoor pool on the beach is also just a short walk away.
