One of the two bedrooms with bathroom is detached from the villa because it is located with an independent access on the ground floor.

The owner, who lives on part of the property with his own exclusive access, will never use the pool and outdoor area and you will probably not even notice his presence. The Villa consists of only two flats that are rented out and should you wish, you can rent it totally and privately at your disposal through the 3-room ad.

A private and well-kept park of 2000 square metres is the strong point of the residence. The park is totally fenced off and creates a lot of privacy within the property and becomes an extremely safe area for children. The swimming pool of about 33 square metres and its sunbeds and deckchairs are for your use as are the 3 large gazebos.
