New (July 2021) duplex vacation apartment (upper floor) in a prime location for 4–5 people, on the banks of the Greetsiel canals, just a few minutes’ walk from the picturesque town center and the shrimp boats in the fishing harbor. Starting in 2024, a very small dog is welcome upon request!

The entryway offers space for coats and shoes and leads into a spacious living and dining area with floor-to-ceiling windows and a maritime vibe. It is furnished with a comfortable sofa and two recliners, each with a footstool. For your entertainment, there is a 50-inch 4K HDR LED TV with internet/Smart TV, a Blu-ray/DVD player, a stereo system, various games, audiobooks, DVDs, CDs, and reading material.

From the seating area in the living room and the furnished balcony, you can enjoy the view of the water and the boats passing by. The sun shines on you from morning through the afternoon.

The kitchen is comfortably equipped with a dishwasher, microwave, refrigerator with freezer compartment, ceramic cooktop, convection oven, electric kettle, toaster, egg cooker, drip coffee maker, Senseo pod machine, tea maker, hand blender, and kitchen utensils.

On the same level, there is a bedroom with a double bed (each mattress measures 2 m x 0.90 m), as well as a bathroom with a shower (low entry), toilet, washing machine, stool, and hair dryer.
An iron, ironing board, clothes rack, and vacuum cleaner are located in the storage room.

From the living area, a staircase leads to a small loft with a desk, bookshelf, and a sleeping area. Here, you can combine working from home with your vacation if needed.

Separated by a wall and a door is another spacious bedroom with 2 single beds, 2 leather swing chairs, internet/smart TV, a stereo system, a wardrobe, and a dresser.

Upon request, 1 high chair and a travel crib are available free of charge.

The windows are equipped with pleated blinds and fly screens, and the bedrooms have electric exterior roller shades or blackout roller shades.

In winter, underfloor heating in the living and dining areas, the bathroom, and the bedroom provides cozy warmth. There is a radiator in the upper part of the apartment.

To meet today’s environmental standards, the windows feature triple-pane glazing, and the entire building is equipped with solar panels for domestic hot water heating.

Through the outdoor area, you have access to a shared dock. Here, you can launch your own small boat.

The apartment includes one parking space and a lockable garden shed with lighting and charging facilities for your bicycles/e-bikes. If needed, additional, non-assigned parking spaces are available at Grachtenpark I.

Effective immediately, we can offer you charging stations for electric cars at Greetsieler Grachtenpark (for a usage-based fee); however, we cannot guarantee permanent and unrestricted availability.

The same building houses the accommodations Grachtenblick I, Grachtendrööm, and An’t Grachten; other accommodations at Grachtenpark I include Binnen un’ Buten, Grachtenhüsje, Grachtenrefugium, Haifisch, Hampton Huus, Sielzeit, Zinnenhuus 1, and Zinnenhuus 2.

Shopping, restaurants, a tourist information center, a large children’s adventure playground, and bike rentals are all within walking distance.

During the Easter and fall breaks, this accommodations are available for rentals of five nights or more with no fixed check-in day.

The vacation rental is located in the picturesque Greetsiel Canal Park, nestled in the idyllic waterfront landscape of the popular fishing village of Greetsiel. The exclusive location right on the canals offers a unique view of the water and a peaceful, maritime atmosphere. From here, it’s just a few minutes’ walk to the historic town center with its famous twin windmills, small boutiques, cafés, and restaurants at the harbor. The surrounding area is perfect for walks and bike rides along the dikes, and the North Sea coast is just a short drive away. An ideal location for a relaxing vacation by the water.
