The GrachtenFlair holiday rental is just a few minutes’ walk from the fishing harbour and the historic town centre of Greetsiel, which features many restaurants. The Koppke (swimming pool, wellness centre, and massage) and a small shopping centre (supermarket, pharmacy, and boutique) are all within easy walking distance.

In the light-filled living and dining area with floor-to-ceiling windows and access to the south- and west-facing balconies, every comfort and a special atmosphere await you in this 38-square-meter space: a comfortable seating area, a 49-inch 4K Internet/Smart TV (satellite), and Wi-Fi (after on-site registration).

In the open kitchen with a modern cooking island, you can prepare your favourite meals. Here you’ll find everything you need: a kettle, toaster, dishwasher, microwave, oven, and a refrigerator with a freezer compartment. For all coffee lovers, a coffee maker and a Senseo coffee pod machine are available.

Even in the coldest winter, you’ll stay cosy and warm in the GrachtenFlair holiday rental. Underfloor heating in the living and dining areas, the bathroom, and the bedroom keeps your feet warm. In the living room, you can make yourself comfortable with an East Frisian tea in front of the wood-burning stove.

The holiday rental features two bedrooms: one with a double bed (LED TV included) and an additional bedroom with a double bed in the cosy attic studio, which offers a view of the countryside. The attic studio also features a separate living and reading area for relaxation. A third TV is available there as well.

The naturally lit shower room with a wellness rain shower (floor-level) is equipped with a toilet, washing machine, and a hair dryer. An iron, an ironing board, and a clothes drying rack are also provided in the apartment.

On the six-meter-long west-facing balcony, you can enjoy the sunset over the adjacent fields. The second south-facing balcony connects to the bedroom and living room.

The windows in the bedroom can be darkened with electric roller shutters.

Every room has at least one fly screen.

Greetsiel and the surrounding area are perfect for nature-oriented bike tours. A separate storage shed is available for the bikes you bring with you. This is a non-smoking apartment.

A parking space is available at the house.

One pet (dog) is welcome upon request.
