Escape to a laid-back tropical hideaway across the street from the beach and just steps away from the sand, where modern style and coastal comfort come together for an easy, relaxing stay. This inviting two-bedroom apartment sleeps up to four guests and features a queen bed in one room and a king bed in the other, with the full bathroom conveniently located inside the king bedroom—please note all guests will pass through this room to access it.
Inside, the space is filled with natural light and finished with a clean, contemporary design that creates a calm retreat after a day by the ocean. Open the windows to let in the sea breeze, or head out for a quick half-block stroll to the sand for sunrise walks and sunset views. At the heart of the property, a sparkling pool sits within a shared courtyard, offering a refreshing place to unwind or soak up the sun on nearby loungers. The kitchen is fully equipped with a refrigerator, stovetop, oven, microwave, and essential cookware, making it easy to prepare meals at home, while the four-seat dining area is perfect for casual dining or takeout nights. In the living space, a Roku-enabled TV allows you to stream your favorite shows using your own accounts, creating a cozy spot to relax indoors. Guests also have access to a shared laundry area located outside the unit, adding convenience for longer stays. A designated parking space is included for one vehicle, with additional street parking available for a fee.

• This is a self check-in property. A door access code will be provided closer to your arrival date to allow entry into the unit.
• Incidental Deposit: A $300 refundable incidental deposit is required and can only be made via credit/debit card through via secure payment link. This will only be in the form of an authorisation hold on your card and it will be released within 7 working days after check-out should there be no incidentals to be incurred.
• Please note that smoking is NOT permitted indoors
• No daily housekeeping is provided
• Minimum booking age is 18.

**1. Check-In & Check-Out**
* Check-in: **4:00 PM**
* Check-out: **11:00 AM**
* Late check-out or extensions must be requested **at least 24 hours in advance** and approved.
* Late departures without approval may incur additional charges.
**2. Access & Identification**
* Self check-in is provided via door code.
* Guests may be asked to present valid ID and booking confirmation.
* Only the registered guest may check in first; companions cannot enter beforehand.
**3. Property Access**
* Guests may use all unlocked areas.
* Locked or marked staff areas are off-limits.
* One assigned parking space is included with your stay.
**4. Occupancy Limits**
* Maximum occupancy must not exceed the number stated in your reservation.
* Violations may result in cancellation without refund.
**5. Visitors**
* Short visits from friends are okay.
* **Overnight stays by unregistered guests are not allowed** unless approved in advance.
**6. Parties & Events**
* Strictly **no parties, events or gatherings** allowed.
* Keep music and gatherings low-key and respectful.
* Respect your neighbors and other guests who are trying to enjoy their vacation.
* Any violation or non-cooperation may result in immediate cancellation of your reservation without refund, termination of your stay, and possible loss of deposit.
**7. Pets**
* **No pets allowed. **
* Unauthorized pets will result in penalties.
**8. Smoking and Wall Damages**
* **No smoking indoors.**
* Smoking is allowed only in designated outdoor areas—please dispose of waste properly.
* Evidence of indoor smoking will result in a **$500 fine**, along with any additional cleaning or damage charges if applicable.
* Please do not use double-sided tape, adhesive strips, nails, tacks, or any wall-mounting materials on the walls or surfaces.
* Any damage, residue, peeling paint, or marks caused by tape or adhesives will result in additional repair and cleaning charges.
**9. Cleanliness & Trash**
* Please bag and dispose of trash in designated bins.
* Use liners for small bins.
* Excessive mess may result in additional cleaning fees.
**10. Property Condition & Inspections**
* Management reserves the right to enter the property for emergencies, necessary repairs, inspections, or other urgent matters.
* We will make reasonable efforts to coordinate with guests in advance whenever possible.
* Violations of rules may result in immediate termination of stay without refund.
**11. Security Deposit**
* A refundable deposit is required prior to check-in.
* It will be returned if:
* No damage or missing items
* No rule violations
* Property is left in reasonable condition
Additional cleaning or damages will be deducted as needed.
**12. Check-Out Responsibilities**
Before leaving, please:
* Check that all doors and windows are securely locked
* Return furniture to original placement
* Dispose of trash properly
* Gather all personal belongings
* Inform us once you’ve checked out
**13. Late Departure**
Failure to vacate on time may result in charges up to **2× the daily rate**, depending on circumstances. Late check-out may be available upon request and is subject to availability and approval, and a late check-out fee will apply. It must be requested at least **24 hours in advance** by contacting us. Otherwise, late departure fees may apply.
