From the living room, guests can access the north-facing balcony with a view of the dune and the Baltic Sea.

The apartment covers a size of 43 square meters and accommodates up to four guests. Parking is provided at space number 36. Please note, from October 1, 2025, to early April 2026, balcony renovations on the north side may cause noise. The location is ideal, just 100 meters from the beach, with nearby restaurants, playgrounds, and various shops within walking distance.
