The restaurant overlooks the 1,400 square meter swimming pool. The beach volleyball court is located directly behind the mini club. The holiday apartment is situated in a panoramic position among the hills that surround the south side of Lake Garda. Access is via a side road (asphalted). Parking is available on the street in front of the house. All guests have the opportunity to park their car near the apartment.

All pools are available for shared use. Outdoor pool (operational from mid-April to mid-September 25 m x 58 m 1.50 m deep). Paddling pool and children's pool (16 m x 26 m 0.70 m deep). The pool area (2,400 square metres with sun loungers and parasols) has 3 pools. A 120 cm deep and 50 m long pool is available to guests. The 480 m² children's pool is surrounded by a sandy beach with children's games. Next to the larger pool is the mini club, where multilingual entertainers offer a varied and age-appropriate programme for all children aged 4 to 12 in July and August. The pools are open SEASONALLY.
