We would be delighted to welcome you to our vacation rental. To ensure your vacation is unforgettable, we have furnished our vacation rental with great attention to detail:

- Apartment for up to 4 people, approx. 62 m²

- Quiet location on a cul-de-sac directly behind the dike and approx. 50 meters from the beach

- Two bedrooms with double beds, one of which has a flat-screen TV and a radio alarm clock

- Large, bright living room with dining area, comfortable couch, armchairs, flat-screen TV, radio with CD and DVD player

- Kitchen with stove and ceramic cooktop, range hood, dishwasher, microwave, electric kettle, refrigerator, toaster, and, of course, plenty of dishes

- Bathroom with toilet, shower with shower stall, sink, and hair dryer, plus storage space

- Large, covered balcony facing east, furnished with beautiful balcony furniture and featuring hardwood flooring

- Safe for your valuables

- Storage room for your luggage

The Hohe Lith Residence, consisting of four buildings, is located right next to the beach, directly behind the dike in Cuxhaven Duhnen. The comfortable apartments are fully equipped, and some offer a breathtaking view of the North Sea.
Recreational amenities: children’s playground; wellness area with swimming pool, sauna, steam room, and infrared cabin; the Steinmarne outdoor pool is just a few minutes’ walk away.

Parking spaces in the underground garage (some uncovered), assigned according to apartment number (max. entry height 2.00 m, parking space width 2.20 m – 2.40 m; no entitlement to a replacement parking space).

Bicycle rental at the Kurparkresidenz: H&P guests receive a 10% discount on standard bikes (excluding e-bikes).

Beach chair rental at especially favorable rates (only while supplies last). Please reserve your beach chair in advance by phone.


Free Wi-Fi internet access in all vacation apartments.
Coin-operated washers and dryers are available on the premises.
Check-in on Sundays and holidays between 12:00 PM and 2:00 PM



Check-in is available from 3:00 PM to 6:00 PM, and check-out from 5:00 AM to 10:00 AM.
