Your 2-room vacation apartment is located on the 1st floor of the well-maintained Residenz Passat. It features a bedroom, a living room with a kitchenette, a naturally lit bathroom with shower, a balcony, and an elevator.

The 46 m² apartment is lovingly furnished for a relaxing vacation by the Wadden Sea. The light-filled and tastefully decorated living room, with floor-to-ceiling windows in the dining area, offers a view of the nearby dike and the gardens. For your entertainment, there’s an LED TV with a Blu-ray player and a CD micro system, Wi-Fi, as well as various games and books. A double sofa bed provides a third sleeping option. The bedroom features a box-spring bed (180 cm x 200 cm) and has space for a travel crib, which you can book as an add-on. This room also provides access to the balcony with a view of the greenery. There is a built-in safe for your laptop and valuables. The kitchen includes, among other things, a ceramic cooktop with oven, dishwasher, filter coffee maker, Nespresso capsule machine, electric milk frother, egg boiler and kettle, toaster, and microwave. The beautiful bathroom with a rain shower offers plenty of storage space for your toiletries. After an eventful day, enjoy the sauna and swimming pool in the basement free of charge. If you have too much luggage to take to the beach, a handcart is available in your private basement storage room. You’ll also find a high chair, beach toys, and a bicycle (without warranty) there. An ironing board and iron are located in the apartment. Parking space no. 48 is available for your vehicle in the underground garage. You can find delicious fish sandwiches and fruit on the short walk to the beach and the beach house. A bakery, butcher, discount store, and liquor store are all within walking distance—about a 10-minute walk. Bus stops and the friendly team at the H & P Touristik rental office are right nearby.



Our Residenz Passat is a beautifully situated vacation apartment complex in Cuxhaven-Döse. It’s only about 150 meters to the beach and the beach house. The complex features 52 vacation apartments for 1–6 people.
Recreational amenities: children’s playground, indoor swimming pool with counter-current system, and Finnish sauna included.

Parking space on the parking deck or in the underground garage, corresponding to the apartment number (max. clearance height 1.85 m, parking space width 2.20 m – 2.40 m; no entitlement to an alternative parking space).

Bicycle rental at the Kurparkresidenz: H&P guests receive a 10% discount on standard bikes (excluding e-bikes).

Beach chair rental at especially favorable rates (only while supplies last). Please reserve your beach chair in advance by phone.
Coin-operated washers and dryers are available on the premises.
Check-in on Sundays and holidays between 12:00 p.m. and 2:00 p.m.



Check-in is available from 3:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m., and check-out from 5:00 a.m. to 10:00 a.m.
