Just a 5-minute walk to the beach and 10–15 minutes to restaurants, bars, and attractions, this home is ideal for groups of up to 18. Enjoy generous living and dining space, a fully equipped kitchen, 3 king suites, 3 queen suites, a bunk room, and a twin bedroom. Outside, relax by the private pool, soak in the hot tub, gather at the tiki bar “Shenanigans,” or enjoy volleyball, basketball, and peaceful decks. With parking for 7 cars, linens, bath towels, and laundry included, everything is ready for an easy, memorable Corolla vacation.



The Space:

Like most of the homes on the Outer Banks the main living space is on the 3rd floor.

Here is a description of the Mr. Banks from the top floor to the bottom floor.

Third Floor:

-Gathering room with vaulted ceiling, giant couch, TV, and seating for 18 to dine

-Fully stocked Kitchen with a brand new stove, two dishwashers, stainless steel refrigerator, pantry and enough flatware and dinnerware for all of our guests.

-Queen sized Bedroom with brand new, en-suite bathroom

-Access to the top deck where you'll find a picnic table, a high top table with four chairs, two Adirondack chairs with ottomans, and two rocking chairs

Second Floor:

-Two King sized Bedrooms each with it's own private bathroom

-Two Queen sized Bedrooms with a Jack and Jill bathroom including a double vanity and a separate toilet and shower room.

-Three of the four bedrooms on this level have access to the second floor deck where you'll find 4 pairs of Adirondack chairs with tables

-There is a give a book, take a book library on the second floor landing with a place to charge all of your devices

First Floor:

-Family Room with a comfy couch, TV, DVD Player, Wet Bar, Full sized refrigerator and two full sized arcade games

-Laundry Area with a washer and dryer

-King sized Bedroom with en-suite bathroom

-Twin sized Bedroom with two twin sized beds and direct access to the patio area and a full bathroom

-Bunk room with four beds

Outside:

-Tiki Bar named "Shenanigans"

-Hot Tub

-Large, heated pool (Pool heating is available for $500 a week with notice given at the time of reservation, available October & November)

-Outdoor Shower and Toilet

-Gas Grill and Charcoal Grill-propane tank available but not guaranteed to be full

-Big Backyard with a Volleyball net

-Beach and Toy Closet-6 beach chairs, beach toys, soccer ball, volleyball, and other outdoor toys available but not guaranteed.



Guest Access:

Please check-in using the digital key pad with your personal access code. Jen will send the code to you the day before or morning of your arrival.Guests are welcome to enjoy the entire property during their stay.



The Neighborhood:

Located in a quiet residential neighborhood, 5 min walk to two beach access points and 10-15 minute walk to shopping, bars, restaurants, ice cream and arcade.



Getting Around:

Getting around Corolla is very easy. Mr. Banks is with in walking distance of the beach, many restaurants, bars, shopping, arcade and ice cream. There are many rental services for golf carts and bicycles. There is enough space to park 7 cars in the driveway and marked parking area.



Other Things to Note:

-Mr. Banks is stocked with a starter set of paper towels, toilet paper, toiletries (shampoo, conditioner, and body wash) and kitchen supplies (dish sponge, two dish washer tablets, one garbage bag and one clothing washer pod). Please plan to bring more or purchase more supplies for the duration of your stay.

-Wi-fi and Spectrum cable are a provided amenity. We can not guarantee the reliability of the wi-fi or cable service. Interrupted wi-fi or cable service does not constitute grounds for a refund of any kind.

-We provide bed linens and bath towels.___We do not supply beach towels___

-Violation of the house rules and/or not completing the checkout list may result in loss of part or all of your security deposit.
