Freshly Remodeled Lakefront 3BR @ Parkview Bay, WiFi, 3 Pools, 30-40' Boat Slips

Parkview Bay is a conveniently located, popular complex in the Heart of Osage Beach. Our guests appreciate the serenity of the State Park and the calmer waters of the Glaize Arm. This area is fantastic for watersports and fishing. A variety of on-the-water restaurants are just a short drive or boat ride away! The complex offers three pools and walking paths around the Lake.

This freshly remodeled condo is centrally located in the complex. It is a ground level end-unit which makes for easy access to the Lakeside of the building. The expansive deck is loaded with new outdoor furnishings and offers a great view overlooking the boat docks and cove as well as the tranquil scenery of the State Park.

You'll appreciate the condo owners' tasteful decor and comfortable furnishings as you relax and visit in the open living area. Enjoy Spectrum HD Cable TV and bring along your laptop or tablets to log onto the Internet with Free Wi-Fi!

The Kitchen is fully-equipped and Dierberg's Supermarket is less than 2 miles away. The deck offers an electric grill since propane is now restricted.

The Master Suite has a King-sized bed, private bath, walk-in closet, Cable TV, and a fantastic Lake View through the patio door to the deck. The 2nd and 3rd bedrooms offer comfortable Queen sized beds and ceiling fans. The 3rd bedroom also includes a twin Day Bed. Altogether, the condo can comfortably accommodate up to 7 guests.

BOATERS: Our 30 to 40 foot boat slips are close by and available upon request for a small fee. The State Park is just a short drive away and offers very nice ramping facilities as well as short to long-term trailer parking for your Boat or Personal Watercraft Trailer. By water, you'll be just inside the Glaize Arm near the Grand Glaize Bridge at the 19 mile marker.

Our guests enjoy what seems to be an unlimited list of things to do from taking a Helicopter Tour to playing a round of Golf at one of the many of the fantastic courses the Lake area is known for! There's so much for the kids to do including Go Karting, Mini-Golf, and getting Frozen Custard at Randy's or Andy's! Be adventurous and Hike one of the many State Park Trails or go visit Ha Ha Tonka! There's an abundance of things to do within a short drive Year-Round!

So nice!! I absolutely loved the condo! The view is great, it was quiet and very relaxing! The bed in the master is AMAZING!!!! I would have loved to just load that in my car lol.....so comfy, cozy and nice!! The decor is GORGEOUS!! GREAT JOB!! And ps..... the condo was SO CLEAN, Loved that too!!

Why they chose this property

The Lake of the Ozarks is an area we've always enjoyed vacationing. Once we were in a position to purchase a vacation home, this was our first choice! There's been so much growth at the Lake in recent years that all the comforts of home are right here - when you're 'away from it all' at the lake, everything you need is still close by which makes it that much more relaxing to take a break!

What makes this property unique

Parkview Bay is one of the finest condominium developments at the Lake of the Ozarks. The location is fantastic, within minutes of the lake area attractions including the Factory Outlet Mall, Restaurants & Bars, Grocery Stores, and Entertainment!
