The holiday flat is located in a detached single-family house built in 2013 and is modernly furnished. The property is situated on the outskirts of the village. The residence is also popular due to the view of the sea from the property and its sunny location. Available for use: barbecue facilities, pavilion and garden furniture.

Rab, district of Barbat. The holiday flat is located on an enclosed garden plot with lawn, flowers, shrubs and trees, bordered by a fence. The landlord lives permanently in the house but uses a separate entrance. Access is via a side road (asphalted). Parking on the property.

Air conditioning. Internet access (Wi-Fi), iron, washing machine and tumble dryer. Television reception via satellite.

allowed, EUR 6.00/pet per day.
