permanent laut bellender Hund nebenan, fließendes Wasser nicht immer verfügbar, Küchenausstattung veraltet und unvollständig, insgesamt sehr abgewohnte Immobilie, Reinigung des Pools funktionierte nicht immer, TT Platte und Billiard nicht funktionsfähig ( wurde auf Wunsch ausgetauscht)

Hallo Thomas, danke, dass Sie uns eine Bewertung hinterlassen haben. Wir bedauern zu hören, dass Ihre Erfahrung in der Immobilie nicht wie erwartet war. Es tut uns leid, wenn das Bellen des Haustieres des Nachbarn Ihnen Unbehagen bereitet hat. Leider liegt dies außerhalb unserer Kontrolle. Die Küche ist wie auf den Fotos in der Anzeige zu sehen, und obwohl sie nicht modern ist, hat sie alles, was notwendig ist, um die Gäste zu bedienen, und alles funktioniert perfekt, da sie mit Utensilien für 6 Personen ausgestattet ist. Wenn Sie etwas vermissen, können Sie sich jederzeit an den Gastgeber wenden, der Ihnen, soweit es ihm möglich ist, das Nötige besorgen wird. Es ist anzumerken, dass die Badezimmer noch bis Anfang Dezember renoviert werden. Der Pool wird zweimal pro Woche gereinigt und kontrolliert. Dienstags und donnerstags prüft der Verantwortliche alles, was mit dem Pool zu tun hat. Die Billardqueues waren abgenutzt und wurden sofort ersetzt. Wir freuen uns über alle Ihre Kommentare, da sie uns helfen, die Qualität unserer Dienstleistungen zu verbessern. Wir hoffen, Sie bald wiederzusehen und wünschen Ihnen alles Gute. Das Holidu-Team
