Relajándose en la piscina, podrá disfrutar de las espléndidas vistas del campo abierto hacia las montañas. Hay mucho espacio para tomar el sol. La barbacoa de ladrillo está a un lado de la terraza de la piscina y el comedor exterior está a la sombra del sol. También se accede al lavadero y al aseo exterior desde aquí.

La entrada a Villa Mala Garbo está cerrada desde el carril, con un amplio espacio en la entrada para sus coches de alquiler. La villa está adosada con la casa vecina, pero debido a la posición de la piscina, conserva su propia privacidad.

El salón es bastante espacioso, con cómodos asientos y un televisor de pantalla plana. El comedor adyacente tiene una mesa y sillas, así como una zona de estar y una estufa de leña ornamental. Sigue el comedor hasta el final y llegarás a la cocina totalmente equipada. Tanto la cocina como el comedor también tienen acceso a la terraza de la piscina.

En el primer piso hay una habitación doble con un pequeño balcón privado y una habitación con dos camas individuales, que comparten un baño separado. La segunda habitación con 2 camas individuales tiene un baño privado con ducha. El dormitorio doble restante con ducha en suite domina todo el segundo piso. Las 4 habitaciones también comparten la misma magnífica vista a la montaña.



Villa Mala Garbo puede alojar hasta 8 personas. (Hay cunas y tronas de viaje GRATUITAS disponibles bajo petición).

La tasa turística está incluida en el precio.

Información a tener en cuenta:



En caso de pérdida de llaves o si se dejan dentro del alojamiento, se aplicará un cargo de 50 € durante el horario de oficina y 75 € fuera de ese horario. Las nuevas llaves deberán recogerse en nuestra oficina por parte del huésped.



El día de la salida, no debe dejarse basura en la propiedad. Los huéspedes deben retirar todos los residuos; de lo contrario, se aplicará una tarifa de 150 € por gestión de residuos.



El registro de huéspedes es obligatorio por ley en España (Real Decreto 933/2021 del 26 de octubre) y en Grecia (Ley 4446/2016). Cerca de la fecha de llegada, enviaremos un enlace de check-in online para registrar a todos los huéspedes.

A beautiful old villa in a serene location

The view is unbelievable and the pool and outdoor dining areas are perfect for hot afternoons in the sun. A very easy check in and check out service and good communication throughout.

The value for this Villa is immaculate.

The location is pristine, on a quiet road with total privacy. THE VIEW IS AMAZING. I cannot get enough of the beautiful mountain view along with the terrace and pool. Honesty an unforgettable vacation!! Even when traveling from the USA, EasyVillas made it easy to book, check in and check out. I love this Villa and will save it for the future. Thank you Mallorca ❤️

Spacious Villa with great views and location

Location and Views are perfect. Quiet and off the road. As everyone in comments mention beds are very uncomfortable especially double one. Life hack: move the bed and put mattress on the floor (although new bed should be provided). Cleaning service was done once but don't think toilets has been cleaned. We stayed for 10 days so would be handy if they were cleaned. Pool looked a bit dirty as well.

Schöne Finca mit herrlichen Blick

Wir haben den Aufenthalt in dieser schönen Finca sehr genossen. Die Terrasse bietet einen großen Tisch an dem alle Platz finden und man den Blick in die Berge genießen kann. Der Pool ist groß und alle hatten dort ihren Spaß. Einzig die Messer könnten ausgetauscht werden. Der Service klappte perfekt.

Sehr einfache Schlüsselübergabe mit Schlüsseltresor. Eine Klimaanlage war defekt. Nach einem Mail wurde sie am nächsten Tag komplett ersetzt. Die Klimaanlagen sind effizient und reichen gut aus, um die Zimmer in kurzer Zeit zu kühlen. Die Finca ist perfekt für zwei Familien mit je zwei Kindern (8 Personen). Zwei Elternschlafzimmer mit Doppelbett und zwei Kinderzimmer mit Einzelbetten. WLAN ist gebührenfrei. Der Pool war bei der Ankunft nicht sauber. Wasser-Lebewesen konnen im Poolwasser überleben. Erst nach mehreren Mails und Telefonaten wurde mehr Chlor ins Wasser gegeben und die Pumpen (Filterung) auf Dauerbetrieb gestellt. Für dieses Problem trifft den Vermieter keine Schuld. Es lag an der Firma, welche für den Unterhalt/,Reinigung der Finca verantwortlich ist. Eines der Doppelbetten war durchgelegen (Hängematteneffekt).

I liked the pool and in general the outside part of the villa. The air conditioner was not functioning, even during its scheduled operating time. I strongly believe there shouldn',t be a scheduled time for the air conditioning, especially during the hot summer months. It',s particularly challenging for women who need to blow dry their hair and get ready in such conditions.

Really appreciated the Villa Mala Garbo, the house is in good shape and you got everting you need. The location is beautiful and the views are amazing. The only little hiccups are: Pool needs a looking over, some tiles are missing and the jets doesn’t seem to be 100%. It’s a “shared house” and it isn’t clear in the listing, it’s a big house that has been divided into two, it didn’t bother us at all but just want to put it out there. What seems to be the backyard is actually another unit for renting. But overall a well equipped, clean and beautiful house. Would recommend to friends and family.

Ein wunderschöner Urlaub in einer sehr schönen Umgbung.

Der Pool, die Außenanlage sowie die Einrichtung des Ferienhauses waren sehr schön und für unsere Gruppengröße genau passend. Der große Tisch auf der Terrasse war mit genügend Stühlen ausgestattet und um den Pool herum gab es für jede Person einen Liegestuhl. Auch die Küchenausstattung war prima. Wir haben alles gefunden, was wir gebraucht haben. Nachts waren zum Teil Stechmücken in den Schlafzimern. Es wäre noch wünschenswert, wenn die Fenster mit Fliegengittern ausgestattet wären.
