You’ll be staying in a 2-room apartment for up to 4 people with 40 m² of living space on the first floor, featuring one bedroom with a double bed, a living/sleeping area with a comfortable double sofa bed, a separate dining area, a fully equipped kitchenette with a microwave, a shower/toilet, a terrace, and a satellite color TV. Parking space at the building.



Residenz Düne III features 12 cozily furnished vacation apartments, each with its own balcony or terrace. Our vacation apartments, which accommodate up to 4 people, are ideal for family vacations. You can relax in the building’s communal sauna (for a fee) when the weather isn’t ideal for a day at the beach. There is also a laundry room in the building’s basement with coin-operated washing machines and dryers. A parking space and a bike rack are located directly in front of the building. Our reception desk at the Seestern Residence is located directly across the street. There, you can rent strollers, handcarts, baby bathtubs, travel cribs, and high chairs (for a fee). Child safety outlet covers and toilet seat adapters for children are available free of charge at the reception desk upon request. Next to the reception desk, you’ll also find a wide variety of restaurants. The kilometer-long sandy beach and the pier, as well as the town center with its cafés, ice cream shops, and picturesque spa gardens, are also just a stone’s throw away.



Check-in is from 3:00 PM to 6:00 PM, and check-out is from 8:00 AM to 10:00 AM.
