Polo 204
We had a wonderful stay, the condo has the best location and the owners are so super friendly and available. The condo could use some TLC, screen & glass doors are falling off the tracks, slight odor to the place and very little maid service (we had one visit for 10 days). Some small appliances didn't have all the parts (no blender blades) and the toilet malfunctioned because of the building itself. But we would stay there again because of the location.
Thank you for your nice compliments, it IS one of the best locations possible - on the sand and overlooking the beach and amazing island views. Our manager was able to take care of the items you mentioned right away during your stay . The building management has now redone all the building drains with new bladders, so all good there. Dirty, junkie, and rundown
We have stayed at the Polo Beach Club for four years in a row; and this is the worst experience ever. I found this unit run down and dirty. Since they require a cleaning fee, it should at least be clean. It has poor beds, junkie appliances, and is in total need of a renovation. If the owners had not taken a 100% non refundable deposit, we would have left the first day. It is an embarrassment to the Polo
Beach Club and VRBO.

Most issues can be easily and conveniently addressed quickly by our housekeeping and or maintenance staff. Waiting until after departure is not necessary as we aim to make your entire stay as comfortable as possible, even to the extent of switching mattresses to firmer or softer as desired. We have now finished a complete inspection and full deep clean, with several items replaced. Thank you for your thoughts.
The property was perfect for families
This was an amazing place for my family. We had a great time hanging at the pool and beach. The unit was very clean and had a well equipped kitchen for cooking/grilling. We will definitely be back.

Unit needs a little TLC. Location is excellent. Only negative, no where to put yourgroceries, had to leave them on the counter leaving less space for food preparation.
