Inside

This stunning property features a total of five bedrooms, divided between an upstairs villa and the main house.

The upstairs villa includes two spacious bedrooms, each with an attached bathroom. It boasts an open-concept kitchen and living room, complete with a cozy breakfast nook—perfect for starting your day.

The main house, located downstairs, offers three additional bedrooms. Two of these have attached bathrooms, while the third has a half-bath just across the hall. The expansive living room is designed for entertainment, featuring a pool table, a fully equipped kitchen, and a large dining table that seats the whole family.

One level below the main house, you’ll find a dedicated home theater—a true cinematic experience with an 8-person seating arrangement, full surround sound, and a tiered layout for the perfect view.


Outside

This property offers four distinct outdoor seating areas, each designed to maximize the breathtaking sunsets and panoramic mountain views.

The pool and outdoor bar area provide a stunning vantage point with unobstructed 180-degree views overlooking Phoenix and its breathtaking skyline. Whether you’re relaxing poolside or enjoying a drink at the bar, you’ll have front-row seats to the city’s most spectacular sunsets.

For a more private retreat, the outdoor kitchen and dining area is perfectly positioned for serene mountain views. This space is fully equipped with a grill, oven, stove, sink, and prep area, making it ideal for outdoor cooking and entertaining. The dining area features a massive 70-inch TV with Apple TV, ensuring you can enjoy your favorite shows or sports while dining under the stars.

At the highest point of the property, the upstairs villa boasts expansive balconies at both the front and back, offering breathtaking 360-degree views of both the mountains and the city—truly the best of both worlds.

POOL HEATING COST: There is an extra $100/night charge if you want the pool heated. Please message your host right after booking if you want the pool heated. Pool heating requests require a minimum of heating two consecutive nights during your stay and 3 days notice. The pool is a swimmable temperature but is not a temperature similar to a hot tub. The pool heater is only able to keep the pool heated 30-40 degrees above the ambient temperature.

EARLY CHECK-IN: When available we offer two early check-in options, 2pm for $50 (plus processing fees), and 11am for $100 (plus processing fees). 14 days before arrival you will receive an initial text that will include more information on how to request these options. Before then the ONLY way to guarantee early check-in is to book the night before.

- NOTE: The RV Garage is an older model and does not fit all RVs
- NOTE: Your safety matters. This property features exterior security cameras at the front door and entire backyard. The cameras do not look into any interior spaces. The cameras only record video when motion is detected by the devices. These clips are only reviewed when an issue comes up.
-NOTE: There are noise monitors in the common spaces but they do not record and only sample noise levels periodically.
- NOTE: There will on occasion be gardeners and pool service members that come to the property in the early morning to service the property.
- NOTE: This property does not have any safety railings or grab rails.
- NOTE: We provide a starter supply of amenities (laundry soap, dish soap, paper towels, toilet paper, shampoo, conditioner and body soap) for guests to enjoy during your stay. There might be instances where guests have to replenish these items for themselves if higher than average amount is used.
-NOTE: Depending on the channel where you book this property you may be required to complete guest verification through third-party provider Truvi. This is done to ensure we are keeping up-to-date with short-term rental regulations as well as providing both our guests and our properties with extra protection. Truvi will contact you via email and/or text to complete the verification. Please do so prior to arriving at the property to enable a quick and easy check-in process.


How you pay for pool heating depends on what channel you booked through. If your booking is through Airbnb, make the payment via www.Airbnb.com/resolutions. For bookings made through other channels, payment can be made in the Marketplace section of the online Guidebook, which we will text you 14 days prior to your stay. Please note that pool heating is charged on a per-night basis. For example, if you pay for Friday night, the heating will be available from midday Friday to midday Saturday, aligning with your reservation timeline.
