This luxury vacation home is ideal for families of all generations. It is an open concept 4-bedroom, 3-bathroom house including a separate office space with fast wifi. It is fully furnished inside and outside, featuring a large patio with outdoor seating and television, as well as an option to upgrade for heating the pool or spa. Due to the excellent location, this “home away from home” is just a few minutes away from Peoria 83 Entertainment District, Cardinals Stadium, shopping centers, and restaurants. In addition, this home offers a stunning view of the north Peoria mountains and is surrounded by desert wildlife. It is tastefully furnished and detailed, coming with a comprehensive range of kitchen amenities and cozy bedding, making it feel like you never left home.

Kitchen - Kitchen is equipped with a range of appliances including a full coffee and wine bar featuring a Keurig; Black and Decker 12 Cup Coffee maker; Nespresso; wine refrigerator and glasses; high powered blender; crockpot; electric mixer; toaster; pizza/frying pans; baking ware; silverware; dinnerware for ten; plenty of plastic ware for outside; paperware; hand soap; dish sink and dishwasher soap.

Living Room - The Living Room features a large sectional couch with an ottoman for enjoyable relaxation, an electric fireplace, and an 80” TV packaged with all local stations and premium movie channels, as well as access to most streaming services.

House Layout - This open concept home features the living room and kitchen in the center, along with the full coffee and wine bar. The master suite and bath are located to the left of the living room and the dining table and office room are located to the right of the kitchen. Located to the right of the office is the hallway that leads to 3 bedrooms and 2 baths. Each room is equipped with mounted flat screen TV’s, comfortable mattresses, adjustable beds, and phone charging stations. Conveniently in front of the kitchen and dining area is access to the outside lounge area and pool. Towards the front of the house is the laundry room, fully equipped with a washer and dryer, detergent, iron and ironing board, vacuum and a mop. The laundry room leads to a 3-car garage, and supplemental driveway.

Bedrooms - All 4 bedrooms are fully furnished, with a total of 2 King and 2 Queen luxury high-quality mattresses. 2 King mattresses and 1 Queen mattress are paired with adjustable bases, there is also a futon in the office for an extra sleeping space. The Master bedroom includes a luxury bath, walk-in shower, walk-in closet, double sink vanity, and a separate closed room for the toilet. Each bedroom includes a closet, extra pillows, a phone charging station, and a mounted flat screen TV with access to all local stations, premium movie channels, and access to streaming services.

Outdoor Space - Featuring a beautiful outdoor lounging area, this includes an outside sectional and comfy lounge chairs for a perfect view of the scenery. The outside lounge also includes a mounted TV which can be rotated to watch from the temperature-controlled pool or spa. Also included is a grill for outdoor cooking, a grass area to enjoy games such as cornhole, and a dog run. RV gate access is included. Can accommodate boats, larger vehicles, or RV Parking.

Neighborhood / Surrounding area - Friendly and quiet neighborhood, great for taking a light morning walk around. This home is also conveniently located across exquisite hiking paths, including Thunderbird Conservative Park that displays the Arizona native ambience and wildlife. Located within 5-10 minutes by car, include Costco, Arrowhead Mall, Peoria Sportsplex, and AZ Ice Peoria. There are also several grocery stores, restaurants, gas stations, emergency care, car repair services, or local parks nearby.

House Stock - Home is fully stocked with linens; washer/dryer, laundry detergent, fabric softener, toilet paper, tissue, hand soaps, body wash, dishwasher soap, hand dish soap, cleaning supplies, tool kit, first aid kit, fire extinguisher, seasoning/spices, ice chest, and family games (inside or outside). A Guest pamphlet is included in the home, showing various local restaurants, entertainment, necessities, and other helpful information.

Home Security - Features secure keypad with code entry for ease of use and key-less access.

Highway Access - Highway access is 5 minutes from the home, allowing for easy transportation around the valley. Places and events include Cardinal Stadium, West Gate Entertainment, Phoenix Zoo, Papago Park, Chase Stadium, Downtown Phoenix, and Talking Stick Resort.

Pool Heating:
If you would like the pool or spa heated above the natural outdoor temperature, there is a $50 per night charge for the entire stay. This fee is not automatically included in your booking. To add this option, please contact the host directly through VRBO messaging to confirm. Once confirmed, a custom fee request will be sent, along with a checkout link for payment. Please Note: Only one (either the pool or spa) can be heated at a time.

Remote Control Policy:
A $25 replacement fee will apply if any remote controls are missing or damaged during your stay. Please ensure remotes are kept in the rental at all times.

Security Cameras:
For your safety, there are Ring doorbell cameras at the front door and on both sides of the house, There are no cameras in the backyard or inside the home, ensuring complete privacy in those areas.
