This unit is on the 2nd floor with vaulted ceilings. The unit offers a good size living room with a sofa bed for extra guests. Two bathrooms offer both a bathtub and a shower, making it easy to refresh after a day of exploring. Guests will appreciate the climate control with air conditioning and heating throughout. This gorgeous condo provides a balcony with views of the large pond, where you can often spot alligators swimming across to the adjacent golf course. On the property you will also find a playground, tennis court, two pools and grills for your use. The property is found in the Brigantine Quarters Property, which has a walking path directly the beach. You can easily walk or bike the beach in under 10 minutes.
