The Eliche apartment is set on a small hill on the edge of Galtellì and offers beautiful views of Monte Tuttavista. Surrounded by olive trees and Mediterranean vegetation, it ensures complete privacy in an authentic Sardinian setting.
The property consists of only two independent holiday apartments, each with its own entrance and private garden area – ideal for a peaceful and undisturbed stay.
Outside, the Mediterranean garden with a water fountain, shaded pergola, and barbecue area invites you to relax and enjoy the outdoors. Sun loungers, seating areas, and a second covered veranda provide plenty of space to enjoy the Sardinian climate. Friendly animals on the property – including sheep, goats, chickens, and cats – add to the warm, family-friendly atmosphere.
Inside, you will find a cosy living room with dining area and a spacious, fully equipped kitchen. The separate sleeping area offers four bedrooms arranged in pairs: one double room and one twin room per unit, each with a private bathroom with shower. A third bathroom with shower and washing machine provides extra comfort and flexibility, especially for larger groups.
From the house, you can easily walk to the historic centre of Galtellì with its restaurants, bars, and small shops. The beaches of the Gulf of Orosei – including Marina di Orosei, Osalla, Su Barone, Cala Ginepro, and the Bidderosa oasis – are only 10 to 15 minutes away by car. The spectacular coast of Cala Gonone and numerous hiking and nature excursions are also within easy reach.
