The nearest pebble beach is about one kilometre away, where you can spend hours swimming and sunbathing. There are also many activities nearby, including tennis, mini golf, cycling, horse riding and fishing.



If you fancy a day trip, the volcano Etna, the highest active volcano in Europe, is within easy reach. On the coast you will find the ancient city of Taormina, which was visited by Goethe in the 18th century and described in his Italian Journey. Here you can visit the ancient Greek theatre, many old churches, lively bars, fine restaurants and antique shops.



Note: You will meet the owners' friendly dog in the garden.
