im Sommer sicher schön durch Nutzung Außenbereich, Abzüge bei Sauberkeit (Haare im Abfluss, Spinnweben, viele tote Fliegen in oberer Etage) und Ausstattung (Küche)defekter Heitzkörper - ein Zimmer nicht beheizbar, bei Vermieterin angezeigt, keine Reaktion darauf !!!

Sehr schlechte Unterkunft. Es war nicht sauber, Wasserkocher, Kaffemaschine verkalkt, Töpfe könnte man gar nicht benutzen,keine Pfanne vorhanden,Haare im Sanitär Bereich usw.Wir haben uns ein Topf,eine Pfanne und Reinigungsmittel gekauft und das Haus erst mal sauber gemacht. Das Grundstück war auch sehr ungepflegt

Preis - Leistung passte nicht!

Leider stimmten die Bilder nicht mit der Realität überein. Wir hatten den Eindruck, dass mitten in der Renovierung des Hauses die Vermietung begonnen wurde. Es fehlte an einem Spiegel im Bad (1.Stock) und an einem Schrank im Erdgeschoss. Auch die beiden Terrassen bräuchten dringend eine Modernisierung!! Auch fehlte es an Geschirr ( Kanne) und Besteck. Für Familien mit kleinen Kindern ist der 1. Stock auf Grund der Treppe nicht zumutbar!! Leider war auch der Kontakt zu den Vermietern, bis auf ein Telefonat am Anfang des Urlaubs, gleich null! Für diesen Preis hatten wir bisher immer eine Waschmaschine und W- LAN dabei, aber diesmal nicht. Positiv zu erwähnen wäre der Wintergarten, da konnte man sehr schön verweilen ( allerdings nicht Nachmittag da war die Hitze zu groß)
