Light-flooded vacation apartment Relax with terrace and WLAN

The beautiful vacation apartment Relax was recently completely renovated and is located in the village of Sigmarszell near the city of Lindau. The apartment is perfect for vacations in the beautiful Lake Constance region. The proximity to the Austrian border makes this vacation accommodation perfect for trips to our neighboring country. The modern and light-flooded apartment with a view to the inner courtyard is located on the first floor of the house and has a living room (with sofa bed for 2 people), a very well equipped kitchen, two bedrooms with double bed and a bathroom and thus offers space for a total of 6 people. The equipment also includes Wi-Fi, satellite TV and board games.

Outside, a terrace in the quiet courtyard awaits you.

In the village there is a bakery within walking distance (500 m away). There are also several restaurants, supermarkets and stores about 1.2 km or a 15-minute walk from the apartment. Lindau and the shore of Lake Constance can be reached by car in about 20 minutes. The apartment is perfect for hiking in the surrounding nature, be it the Allgäu mountains or along the shore of Lake Constance. Day trips to Bregenz (20 minutes by car) or Friedrichshafen (30 minutes by car) are also highly recommended.

A parking lot is available for guests at the property.

Sehr hübsche Wohnung in der Nähe von Lindau

Wir haben mit 4 Erwachsenen und einem Teenager den Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Die Wohnung ist sehr hübsch gestaltet und eingerichtet, wir haben prima in den Betten geschlafen, die Gastgeber sind sehr lieb und aufmerksam. Von der Bahnlinie hört man kaum was. Auf der Terrasse ist es vom Verkehr manchmal etwas lauter. Die Lage zu umliegenden Ausflugszielen ist ideal. Der Ort ist sehr klein, ein Bäcker ist 10 min entfernt und der nächste, große Supermarkt gut 5 mit dem PKW. Stellplatz direkt vor der Tür. Uns hat es gut gefallen. Vielen Dank.

Sehr sehr schöne toll eingerichtet Ferienwohnung

Pros: Die Ferienwohnung ist sehr schön eingerichtet und beinhaltet alles was man zum wohlfühlen brauch. Der Hammer ist die riesig freistehende Badewanne. Die Gastgeber sind sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit wenn es irgend welche Fragen gibt. Alles in allem, sehr zu empfehlen. *****10***** Cons: Gibt nix zu beanstanden.

Ruhiger Ort,viel Grün,kurze Wege!!!

Es war sehr ordentlich und sauber und man hatte ein heimischen Gefühl

Pros: Die Lage des Hauses war optimal man kam überall gut hin. Auch der Gastgeber war super freundlich ich kann es ihnen nur empfehlen. Es war auch sehr kinderfreundlich.

Pros: Uns hat so ziemlich alles gut gefallen. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Großzügige Wohnung, toller Raumduft im Eingangsbereich und Bad, bombastische Dusche, netter Empfang, alle Freiheiten im Garten & Terrasse Cons: Was wir schade fanden war, dass die Pflanzen auf der Terrasse hinten und im Hausflur vertrocknet waren. Es wäre schöner, man würde sie dann austauschen oder durch andere Assesiores ersetzen, wenn man nicht so den grünen Daumen hat;) Die Terrasse hinten raus könnte liebevoller gestaltet sein. In der Küche hatten uns kleine flache Teller fürs Frühstück gefehlt. Ansonsten alles top!

Kurzurlaub

Wir 3 "Mädels" haben einen 4-tägigen Kurzurlaub in der Ferienzeit geplant und tatsächlich kurzfristig diese wunderschöne Wohnung bekommen. Sie liegt sehr ruhig und ist total schön ausgestattet. Alles da, was man braucht. Wir haben uns alle sehr wohl gefühlt und kommen bestimmt einmal wieder.
