With 6 bathrooms, each equipped with a bathtub and hair dryer, getting ready is a breeze. Guests can also make use of a cozy office space with a futon, perfect for work or relaxation. The tranquil atmosphere invites you to unwind after a day of adventure. Enjoy your time in Orlando at our charming house. Guests will have to pay their own HOA fee to have the app personal to themselves for access to gate discretion, gym and club usage, and all options available through the HOA. Guests will pay for TECO and OUC utilities. Homeowner will provide and pay for the weekly pool tech service, the pests control, and the Internet. Grounds maintenance is included in the HOA, however, guests can requests grounds service to the front and backyard. Homeowner is not responsible for any injuries inside and outside of the home. The use of the pool is at the renters discretion and risk. All items and all furniture in the home are inventoried and are expected to be in the same condition upon check-out.

Trash bins to the curb. The green can is recycle. Both go to curb when you depart.
