Travel times to key locations: Airport - approximately 10 minutes by car, Downtown Puerto Vallarta - approximately 15 minutes by car, and the Malecon (boardwalk) - approximately 15 minutes by car. Please take note of the following details to ensure a smooth and enjoyable stay at our luxury condo in Nima Bay. Check-in time is at 3:00 PM, and check-out is at 11:00 AM. We offer free parking on the premises for your convenience. Smoking is permitted in outdoor areas only. For the comfort of all guests, please keep noise levels to a minimum, especially after 10:00 PM. Visitors are welcome, but please notify us in advance. The pools are open from 8:00 AM to 10:00 PM and are reserved for owners and guests. Please use the shower before entering the pool. For safety, do not dive or climb on the pool edges, and swimsuits are mandatory. Eating in the pool area is not allowed. We require the IDs of all guests prior to arrival.
