This villa is exactly the ideal villa for a family vacation. Besides being beautifully built and designed, the location is beautiful and close to Novigrad city center. The beach is only a few minutes away by car.

The villa is located on a large plot of land with a 26m2 pool, an open dining area. The villa is air-conditioned and equipped with WiFi.

From the terraces there is a beautiful view of the pool and the surrounding area. From the living / dining area you have direct access to the 26 m2 private pool.

Wunderschöne Villa mit optimaler Lage

Die Villa ist perfekt für Familien eingerichtet. Wir waren insgesamt 4 Erwachsene und 2 Kinder. Davon 1 Kleinkind unter 2 Jahre. Die Küche ist ausgestattet mit allem was man benötigt. Geschirr, Küchentücher, Besteck, Gläser jeglicher Art, Töpfe, aber auch Salz, Pfeffer, Öl.... Auch in den anderen Räumen wurde an alles gedacht. Verteiler-Steckdosen, Moskito-Lampen und auch kleine Details wie Gemeinschaftsspiele oder Bücher. Hochstuhl und Reisegitterbett wurden nach Anfrage ebenfalls zu Verfügung getellt. Einzig beim Reisegitterbett mussten wir kreativ werden, da keine Matratze vorhanden war. Aber wir haben eine schnelle Lösung gefunden. Für den Geschirrspüler waren Tabs vorhanden. Waschmittel für die Waschmaschine ebenso wie ein Bügeleisen und Bügelbrett. Das Haus verfügt über eine Klimaanlage und Außenrollos - was sehr angenehm war. Alles in allem einfach TOP! Eventuell eine Matratze für das Reisegitterbett.
