Spacious 6-bdrm villa in fabulous Youngstown Mill Creek Park Area with AC & Gym

Hi! My name is Debbie and I'm from Los Angeles. I bought the house in 2019 and it was a wreck! When I moved here in 2020, I proceeded to remodel the whole house. Unfortunately, it was necessary, since all of the bathrooms were leaking and the kitchen had cheap cabinets that had to come out. Most of the pipes were replaced, the electrical was updated, the heating system was repaired, split units for air conditioning were added to 4 bedrooms and the Sunroom, 2 bathrooms were completely stripped and retiled and made beautiful. I'm still working on it. Doing little things and maintaining the property to the best of my abilities. I hope you enjoy my home. I will still be around during your stay to cut the lawn, water the flowers, and do other necessary maintenance. I am still in the neighborhood if you need me. :)

This neighborhood is wonderful for the peace and quiet and the park just across the street. At the park you will find waterfalls, hiking and biking trails, fishing areas, creeks that you can walk around in, and a variety of wildlife. It is a safe historic neighborhood with many old mansions built in the 1920's like mine. Drive down Volney and admire the old architecture of these old homes. When I was considering the purchase of this property, I did a lot of research into safety and crime. I found that nothing really happens over here. I've had many people stay with me that like to take walks at night, and they find that it is very safe.

This home is unique to Youngstown, because it is the only home in the area built to resemble an Italian villa. The property is almost 2 acres and was built with a tennis court and a pool. Unfortunately, the tennis court is no longer usable due to cracks in the cement over the years and the pool was filled in with dirt in the 1950's. I plan to put in another pool. Just not sure when. The courtyard which is attached the house, is completely fenced with a 6ft fence all the way around.. So, if you have little ones or a pet they cannot escape.
