The fire pit has a beautiful view of the lake and there’s a huge outdoor hang out space with a mini kitchen and foosball table. Theres even a karaoke machine!
Take a dip in the pool or hot tub. The property is secluded so nude bathing is just fine here! Get some sun and vitamin D!
Bring your boat! There’s plenty of room on this 1.26 acre property for it as well as your RV if you wanted to bring that as well (extra fee for RV). The house is .25 miles from the boat ramp on Cotile lake.
The house itself is custom and has spicy touches throughout. The main bathroom has a stand alone soaking tub and a walk in rain shower with multiple jets. The kitchen is a chef’s delight. Pantry items are generous.
This is not the place for a family gathering but it IS perfect for a couple or up to 3 couples who may want to come and share the weekend together!
