Hi Robert, I’m reaching out regarding the review you recently left following your stay. While I understand that certain aspects of the property may not have been to your personal preference, the property was accurately represented in the listing, including through the photos and description, prior to your booking. We have also not experienced similar concerns from previous guests regarding the way the property was presented. Although we did ultimately provide the requested refund, I do not believe a 50% refund was justified based on the circumstances, particularly since the features you referenced were clearly visible and disclosed in the listing before your stay. We respect that every guest is entitled to their own opinion and feedback. However, based on this experience and the nature of the request made during your stay, we have decided that we will not be able to accommodate any future bookings from you.
