Your holiday home is located on the grounds of Seeheim Castle with an area of approx. 10,000 m². The small park has a very beautiful old tree population, with many bird species and squirrels. From here you also have an impressive view of Lake Constance and the Alps. On the lake side of the castle is a large lily pond with fish, which separates the property from the lakeside path (distance approx. 25 m).

In the direct vicinity you will find the freely accessible "Strandbad Horn", which, in addition to a large meadow, also has several volleyball courts, a playground, table tennis tables and a separate nudist area. You will also find very good wellness and swimming opportunities in the municipal thermal baths, which can be reached on foot in 5 minutes ; here you can also treat yourself to massages and other wellness treatments. The adjacent forest offers a fitness trail. In the immediate vicinity you will also find tennis courts and a mini-golf course.

We expressly welcome families; the garden is used as a playground. Family-friendly excursion destinations abound, such as: the SEA-LIFE aquarium, the Allensbach wildlife and leisure park, the Unteruhldingen pile dwellings, the Reutemühle pet farm, the monkey mountain in Salem, the baths with slides and swimming fun, etc.

In the area around Constance you will find a variety of sports activities such as golf, sailing, boat rentals (motor and sailing boats), windsurfing, water skiing, hiking, horseback riding, skiing and much more.

You can reach the city centre by public transport in about 7 minutes; on foot in about 20 minutes along the lake promenade. In addition to numerous shops, there are further leisure facilities such as theatres, cinemas, restaurants, museums, etc. The flower island of Mainau can be reached by car or bicycle in about 15 minutes.

In the immediate vicinity of the castle are other restaurants such as the Restaurant Seelig or - for the more discerning palate - the Restaurant Ophelia. In the main building of Schloss Seeheim there is an excellent Thai restaurant and on the Belle Etage there is an indoor theatre which stages seasonal plays.
