Condo was just as appeared in photos. It was very clean and nicely decorated. Good view of the lake. Would stay at this property again. Communication and questions were answered very quickly.

Weekend Away

Nice weekend, everything was great. Liked that they had extra trash bags, dishwasher pods, etc. Helped that we didn't have to pack extras for just a couple days.

Great spot with great view of lake!

The unit was very nicely appointed with great views of the lake. The unit was immaculate with the exception of a paint mar here and there and some missing wall art. This is the best rental we have stayed in short of a 4-5 star hotel. Emerald Bay is very conveniently located near retail and restaurants. Two constructive suggestions for the owners - consider adding nonslip mats to the showers as the tubs are slippery and consider replacing the ceiling fan on the balcony.

Anniversary getaway

It was disappointing that the exhaust fans and the dishwasher weren't functioning. There were structural repairs being done to the building that made us feel a bit insecure about our stay. Other than these things, the accommodations were beautiful and comfortable. The property management was accessible via email and text. We had a restful weekend and will recommend this to friends.

Condo is nice and clean. Door lock worked 1 outta 10 times. There is a slip to park your boat what they fail to mention is there is no boat or trailer on the property. And had no idea where there was parking.

Amazing home!

This condo was absolutely lovely! The views of the lake from the porch and the windows from inside were breathtaking. The beds were cozy with clean white comforters and linens. Bathrooms were newly renovated with great water pressure and fresh, fluffy white towels. I especially appreciated the full length mirrors in the master. Although I did not use it, the kitchen was perfectly appointed with anything you would need. The large smart TVs in each room were perfect for unwinding after the my long work days. Vacasa instructions were very clear for check-in, keyless access, parking, and check out. The local staff even went an extra step further to make my stay extra special. If I could give 10 stars, I would!

TV issue and steep terrain

It was clean and relatively close to restaurants and a grocery store. However, pictures show TV’s in both bedrooms but they do not get regular cable channels, just subscription services. The terrain is very steep so parking and walking to the pools was difficult. When contacting the property manager, we felt like script answers were provided with no resolution.
