Lake front, top floor end unit with high speed wifi, vaulted ceilings and a great lake view from living room and master. Completely updated with new furniture, king pillow top mattress in primary bedroom. Extra windows make the unit light and bright. Only nineteen stairs up from the parking lot and the point pool is just a short walk. The complex has an indoor pool and hot tub near the gated complex entrance.
Full kitchen with microwave, stove/oven, dishwasher and refrigerator. Washer and dryer are provided in the unit for your convenience. Patio furniture, and a gas grill are also available for those days you just want to relax and enjoy the lake view while you barbecue from your own balcony. Located just above the roped swim area with sun dock, this unit is fully furnished with a King size bed in the primarry and a Queen in the second bedroom. The comfortably furnished living room and master bedroom have flat screen TVs equipped with cable.
Fabulous gated lake community includes indoor pool and hot tub for year round enjoyment. Tennis court, basketball court, horseshoes, boat ramp, and playground area are all available for no additional cost. On site security will keep you feeling safe and secure. There is a beautiful lighted walkway along the lake in front of the condos.
The 21-acre point and 2200 feet of shoreline make for great fishing along the shore, off the dock and by boat. For the boaters there is boat ramp access on site and a 10 x 24 boat slip available for no additional charge Larger slips can be arranged for an extra fee. For the fishermen and women a fish cleaning station is available. A mini mart is is within walking distance and includes a laundry facility, deli, etc. You can purchase everything here from live bait to fine wine!
The condo is located only minutes from great dinning , five minutes from championship golf courses at the Lodge of the Four Seasons; and approximately 12 minutes from the Osage Village Outlet Mall.

The room and location was perfect. I stayed during the Shootout. Easy access to the lake. The boat slip was plenty big enough for my 24 ft boat. I would stay here again. There is alot to do around this location.

We greatly enjoyed our stay. The condo had everything we needed, clean comfortable beds and an awesome view! I love the gas station/grocery store that’s right at the enterance to the condo. We spent a day at the pool and met great people including other condo owners. We are looking forward to staying again in the future!

Great Trip!

Love the convenience of staying at Southwood Shores. They have an indoor pool for rainy days, a convenience store at the top of the hill, many units that allow pets, and affordably priced! This condo is one of our favorites with comfy beds, a boat slip, and is always clean!

Love the lake!

My son and I had the best time on our trip to the condo. Everything was as described, and the master bedroom had the most comfortable bed I have ever slept in!The kitchen was a little dirty, and there was still coffee and coffee grounds in the maker, but this would not keep me from renting again. Overall, it was wonderful!
