Very comfortable residence "Residencial Oropesa - La Concha". In the centre of Oropesa del Mar, in a quiet, sunny position, excellent location: right in the centre but still quiet, 150 m from the sea, 150 m from the beach. For shared use: small garden, swimming pool angular (10 x 20 m, depth 300 cm, seasonal availability: 01.Jun. - 30.Sep.). Shower/WC in the pool area, children's pool, roofed, parking (for 2 cars) at the house. Parking space or garage only for small to medium-sized cars. Supermarket, restaurant, bar, café 300 m, bus stop, railway station 800 m, sandy beach "La Concha" 150 m. The owner does not accept any youth groups. Neighbourhood highly sensitive to noise. Quietness and good behaviour expected.
