72 m2. More information by the provider: The Haus Südlenz is centrally located on the Riederalp, just a few minutes' walk from the valley station of the big cable car. In winter, it is right next to the ski slopes, close to the ski school meeting point and the children's lift. Restaurants, sports shops and shopping facilities are easily accessible on foot. In summer, the house provides ideal conditions for hikes in the Aletsch Forest or to the glacier. The nearby golf course is also easily reachable. The host family, who are active in mountain sports themselves, lives in the house and is happy to provide advice.
The 3 1/2-room apartment is suitable for 1 to 4 people and features two separate bedrooms, a bathroom, as well as a living area with an integrated kitchen. The amenities include a dishwasher, color television with satellite system, Wi-Fi, elevator, washing machine and dryer. The furnished southwest balcony offers an unobstructed view of the four-thousand-meter peaks of the Valais. In winter, a locked ski room with a modern boot drying system and disinfection provides comfort. In summer, a sunbathing lawn with a barbecue area is available.
