For shared use: natural garden, beautiful garden to relax, swimming pool (16 x 8 m, depth 110 - 180 cm, seasonal availability: 01.Jan. - 31.Dec.) with internal staircase. Children's pool, outdoor shower. Private: terrace (18 m2), parking on the premises. Shop 150 m, supermarket 600 m, restaurant 20 m, bar 40 m, bus stop 50 m, railway station 5 km, ferry 5 km, sandy beach "Platja de les Bovetes" 50 m. Sports harbour 4 km, marina 4 km, surf school 200 m, sailing school 500 m. Please note: no lift. The owner does not accept any youth groups.
