This home has undergone a complete renovation since Hurricane Ian and is ready to be your next home away from home! The landscaped backyard provides a peaceful setting to watch the sunsets over the lake. Spend a refreshing time in the new salt-water resort pool with a spill-over pool spa, or enjoy the Florida sun at any of the poolside loungers. When it comes to dining alfresco, the poolside patio offers two outdoor dining areas (one of them includes a smart TV to keep you entertained even when you are outside). A poolside lounge area with two fire tables is also provided and is quite convenient, especially after spending your evening in the pool. And if you are visiting during the summer months, there is nothing like a fun barbecue with your family and friends with the gas grill available outside.





Upon entering this air-conditioned home, you will find a welcoming open floor plan with incredible views of the pool. Spread out comfortably in the main living area, offering an extensive sofa and armchairs and a large smart TV with streaming services. Right next to the living area is the dining table, which comes in handy for formal meals. The well-appointed kitchen features stainless steel appliances and a center island to cook and enjoy time with family and friends. A second living area can be found off the kitchen, with cushy sofas, a Murphy bed, and another smart TV. As you might've noticed, relaxation and comfort can be found anywhere!
