Vacation apartment for up to 4 people directly on the North Sea dike

This wheelchair-accessible apartment on the mezzanine level features: 1 living room with a dining area, a kitchenette, 2 bedrooms, and 1 bathroom with a shower. The bathroom has a walk-in shower and a toilet with a grab bar. The living area opens onto the balcony. One bedroom features a double bed with an electrically adjustable slatted frame and a TV; the second bedroom has two single beds. The apartment comes with a parking space directly next to the building.
We have a garage available for your bicycles. A washing machine and dryer are available in the basement (laundry room) (for a fee).
All of our vacation apartments are non-smoking.

The prices for our vacation apartments always apply to stays of 7 nights or more; for stays of fewer than 7 nights, a short-stay surcharge applies.

The Seewärts Wohnen house is located in a quiet cul-de-sac near the spa park, directly behind the dike. The south-facing balconies are perfect for relaxing and sunbathing. A grocery store and a bakery are located in the immediate vicinity. Wi-Fi, an elevator in the building, parking spaces included with all apartments, a washer and dryer in the basement, and a bike storage room are available. You’ll also find a sauna/steam room in the basement.
