Vacation Apartment 3.1 is a modern two-room apartment with a balcony on the third floor. The kitchen opens onto the living-dining area. The dining area flows into the living area. The sofa converts into a bed. The beautiful bathroom features a wheelchair-accessible shower, toilet, towel dryer, and hair dryer. There are grab bars next to the toilet, the sink is height-adjustable, and the mirror above it can be tilted. The apartments on the second floor and above offer views of the harbor, and some also overlook the North Sea. Breakfast options are available nearby. The building features the following amenities: Wi-Fi, an elevator, parking spaces assigned to the apartments, a washer and dryer in the basement, and a storage room.<br><br>Some of the apartments come with a beach chair. There is an adventure playground in the immediate vicinity.
