The Space:

The gorgeous views of White Marlin Marina with the sparkling sea water and charming boats will take your breath away as you sit out on the balcony with a glass of wine or a cup of coffee. This charming bayfront vacation rental boasts an open concept that combines the kitchen, living room, and dining room into one big and comfortable space. Kick back and relax on one of the comfortable couches and enjoy a fun-filled afternoon watching your favorite movies or shows on the flatscreen TV. The fully-equipped kitchen has everything you could ever need to prepare the most delicious meals and beach snacks. This family-friendly condo also has access to a community pool that will refresh you after a long and active day in town. Just a four blocks walk will take you to the beautiful sandy beaches of Ocean City. From the boardwalk to the Jolly Roger at the Pier amusement park, there are plenty of things to keep you busy during your vacation. You could also simply relax on the beach with a good book or swim in the ocean waves. Up and down the Coastal Highway you will find several different restaurants to dine at and shops to pop in to as well. THINGS TO KNOW Due to construction for resurfacing and coating, the balcony will be closed off until Memorial Day 2023. Construction will resume following Labor Day 2023 and will conclude in full on Memorial Day 2024. Parking is free during periods of construction but will be enforced when no construction is occurring. Until further notice due to local restrictions and regulations shared amenities may not be available at the time of your stay. Smoking is prohibited. Ocean City has adopted a noise control ordinance that makes it unlawful to cause or permit noise levels which exceed those established by the Department of the Environment of the State of Maryland (COMAR 26.02.03.02) or are in violation of Chapter 30, Article V of the Town Code. It shall be a violation of this agreement and grounds for eviction under Maryland law if these noise levels are exceeded as a result of activity on this property. Ocean City has other noise ordinances, which are criminal offenses if violated.

Our Valentine get-away

We were so happily surprised when we opened the door to this beautiful condo! The marina views and sunset shows were spectacular! The condo was filled with anything we could need and the abundance of towels was amazing! We all slept like babies in the comfy beds and would definitely stay with you again!

The place was just as described. We thought it was very clean and the location is superb. Lots of extra towels provided and enough paper supplies for the weekend. We enjoyed the view and found the beds to be comfortable. Will definitely look to book this place again.

Amazing view

We had a wonderful stay! The apartment is in a great location, minutes from the Boardwalk. It is very well appointed, we basically did not need anything extra for the weekend we were there. What makes it really special is the view from the balcony, overlooking the water and marina, truly unforgetable!

This condo was clean, spacious, very well maintained and nicely decorated. And the view overlooking the bay was spectacular! It was great to sit on the porch watching the sunset! It’s close to the boardwalk, bars and restaurants. 10/10 will stay here again!

Loved location

Location is great and the view from condo is breathtaking had a little problem with parking that no one really fixed we had to find the person parking in our spot ourselves to make them move other than that loved it.

Great Getaway

The property was great--clean, updated and spacious. The condo is at rhe end of the Boardwalk. We were there off season in September and while there were certainly people around, the Boardwalk wasn't overly crowded and traffic was manageable. Might be a little busier in peak summer. View was great and plenty of shops/restaurants in walking distance. Would stay again.

Upon arriving I entered through the back of the building and got a little turned around, so I called and received directions on how to enter through the front. She was pleasant and displayed great customer service. I loved how clean the place was and how it have everything I needed. I also loved the location and it's proximity to the boardwalk. perfect location in Ocean City!

We loved our stay in the condo..it was a great location close to the beach and all the activities...if you have teens and kids it is right in the end of the boardwalk by the rides and pier. It was very clean and comfortable..and Comforters are provided even tho they say they are not. The only down side was the Pool was not open

Nice views, good location

Condo had a nice layout, adequate furnishings and amenities. Peaceful watching the boats in the bay, close to the boardwalk and a lot of restaurants. Really needs a new fridge. Do not bring perishable items unless you plan to store them in a cooler.

Great Place

The location and view of the marina was very relaxing. The condo had everything a person could ask for. The sliding patio screen door should be replaced but with no flying insects the door can be kept open. I would highly recommend this location for adults. This is not a location out of control drunken teenagers.
