Disfrute de la playa y el océano desde este condominio de tres niveles en el paseo marítimo. En el paseo marítimo y en el centro de Ocean City, está cerca de tiendas, restaurantes, iglesias y muchas actividades comunitarias. La unidad cuenta con ventiladores de techo en las dos habitaciones y la sala de estar para su mayor comodidad. La unidad duerme siete con una cama piramidal (doble en la parte inferior, individual en la parte superior) en una habitación, 2 dobles en la segunda habitación y un sofá cama doble en la sala de estar. ¡WiFi gratis de Comcast!

The property was very neat and nicely kept. Ample space, right on the boardwalk, very convenient beach access, shopping, souvenir buying, food and entertainment! Owner was very responsive.

Great location!!

Location was fabulous. It was myself and 4 other friends we enjoyed sitting on the balcony. The condo had everything we needed. I will definitely stay here again. Susan was great communicating and I had no issues in the unit.

Location! Location! Location!

Overall the unit can use an renovation but I have no complaints. The main reason we booked the unit was because of the condo's location on the boardwalk. Great to just spend the AM on the beach, cool off the afternoon at the pool and evenings on the boardwalk. For a family of 4 it was the perfect size.

This unit was perfect. it was clean well stocked and nicely furnished. Location is convenient. It is on the boardwalk and close to the rides and many restaurants. Owner was always available. she called to make sure we had gotten in ok.

Great stay right on the boardwalk!

We booked this fabulous condo VERY last minute and had a phenomenal stay. We loved the access to the beach, boardwalk and all Ocean City has to offer. We had live entertainment, great food and the perfect beach spot just steps from this condo. Susan’s kitchen was well stocked, beds were so comfy and the washer and dryer were a godsend. This propert was well cleaned and kept. Great warm pool! This was the perfect spot for our small family. We will definitely be back for another stay!

Amazing location

The condo unit is cute, the pictures don't do it justice. We loved sitting on the balcony and quick walk to beach. Plenty of room for 3 adults and 2 teens. Pool was warm and we barely used elevator since stairs were right next to unit. Parking was good, plenty of space. Susan made sure everything was going great. We can't wait to return!

Good location

We enjoy staying on the boardwalk. Place served that need. Wish owners had done the maintenance they said needed to be done on their chairs prior to our check in. Felt like we were being “checked on”. Other than that interruption, the property suited our needs.

Unfortunately, we didn't know the chairs needed bolts until the previous guests checked out. Between guests is only a few hours so we get done what we can do. I'm sorry you felt 'checked on'. That was not the intent-it was to fix the patio chairs so that they would be safe for you to sit on the balcony and watch the ocean and the boardwalk. Thank you for your patience.

Wonderful Stay!!

We had such a great time! The room was in the perfect location! Not really sure what all to compliment this on because everything was great. Beds were comfortable. Water pressure was great. Beautiful view from the balcony. Pool was clean. My granddaughters loved the puzzles there on the rainy days. Communication was above and beyond. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone! I’m hoping to stay there again!!

The host was very 'on point ', place was as described .. it is in need of a very dire update ( looks like nothing has been updated since it's been built ), but it was clean and comfy /cozy and after all, who stay inside the majority of the time while on vacation ? I wish the pool was more updated ( our pool as home is nicer than a resort so I guess I'm partial )... overall, a very positive experience ...

Can you please make some recommendations for the upgrades that you think might help. Its hard keeping it looking nice with different people in it every week for 3 months. The living room furniture is only 3 years old.

Awesome Condo

This property had everything you can think of. The Kitchen was well stocked for all of your kitchen needs. Very clean. You are in walking distance to a lot of restaurants and to the inlet. We already booked the condo for next year. Way beyond a 5 star.

Great Condo great location

The property was wonderful. The location on the beach and boardwalk couldn't have been better. The split level layout of the condo gave everyone their own space. The in unit washer dryer was a big plus as well. Susan was wonderful to work with! Would definitely rent this unit again.

Great location

We really enjoyed our stay, the location was great and right on the boardwalk. The patio was perfect from sun up to sun down, and perfect for people watching. My family didn't want to leave.

This condo unit has been in my family for over 20 years. We have enjoyed the boardwalk and the Atlantic Ocean for many years and wish to invite you to our vacation home. Since we do occupy this unit occasionally, we have furnished it with everything to make you feel at home!

This property is located in downtown Ocean City on the boardwalk. Sitting on the balcony at night and people watching is the best! There are no highways or roads to cross to go to the beach, just an elevator ride down and a short walk!
