The Space:

This spacious three-bedroom condo provides a perfect retreat from all the action. Guests can enjoy a beautiful family room with a large, TV/DVD, a gas fireplace, and sliding glass doors that lead to the beachfront balcony. Have a seat and relax with a drink while enjoying the amazing ocean, beach, and Boardwalk views stunning at sunrise! The well-equipped kitchen makes mealtime a pleasure with granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, and a center island. All bedrooms include TVs. The main bathroom comes equipped with a convenient jetted tub.



If you like being at the center of it all, this is the place. Situated right on the popular Ocean City Boardwalk, this luxurious new condo boasts beautiful views of the beach, luxurious amenities, and a convenient Downtown location. Walk to almost any activity you can think of amusement parks, shops, bike rentals, miniature golf, restaurants, boating, and much, much more. Once you've parked the car (two assigned spaces in covered, gated garage included), you can just relax and enjoy!



THINGS TO KNOW

The swimming pool is operated by the complex and we have no authority over the pool. The pool is typically open from Memorial Day to Labor Day; subject to change without notice including days and hours of operation in which the pool is open.



Ocean City has adopted a noise control ordinance that makes it unlawful to cause or permit noise levels which exceed those established by the Department of the Environment of the State of Maryland (COMAR 26.02.03.02) or are in violation of Chapter 30, Article V of the Town Code. It shall be a violation of this agreement and grounds for eviction under Maryland law if these noise levels are exceeded as a result of activity on this property. Ocean City has other noise ordinances, which are criminal offenses if violated.



In the event that the guests cancel their reservation, we will return the unit to the rental market in an attempt to re-rent the unit. If we are able to re-rent the unit for the same amount or greater your will receive a refund less a $150 cancellation fee. If we are able to secure a reservation at a lesser rate you will be entitled to a refund less the $150 cancellation fee and the difference in reservation amounts. If we are unable to re-rent the unit you will forfeit the full rental amount.

Great property and location

You can't beat the location! The property was clean, easy to access, and we had almost everything we needed! I don't know why they only give you only 2 rolls of toilet paper for 3 bathrooms but that wasn't a deal breaker for us, just wish we knew that a head of time so we could come prepared. 😉. Would definitely stay here again!

Best condo in Belmont towers

Been staying in Belmont towers for many years. This unit was exceptionally clean. The furniture(couch) was in pretty good shape and a little firmer than other units. They had a recliner/rocker chair. Beds very comfortable and easier to get in than other units. i will be booking again.

We went for a long weekend off season to OCMD for the first time. It was tricky picking a place without knowing the area. We were beyond happy with this property! The oceanfront views are amazing. It was very clean, more spacious than it looks in the pictures, and the location was great for our needs. So much is within walking distance. I really appreciated the extra amenities that are not typically include ie--linens/towels/dish detergent/trash bags. If we go back to OCMD I would definitely want this property again!

Needs to be better cleaned

This is the 3rd time we stayed in 305. It has a great view of the ocean and you don’t really have to get into your car and drive because everything that you need is within walking distance. One of the problems I had is the floors were not cleaned and when I tried to clean them myself, the scrubber would not work. I will say the last time I was there the place was cleaner then it was this time. I do like the place and will stay there again and hope for a better experience.

Nice place and great location. Parking garage is a little frustrating. The parking places for this unit are on two separate floors and the garage is very small and hard to fit larger vehicles or even a regular sized vehicle with a cargo carrier. Also, the 4 PM check-in roll was a little odd to me. I arrived at the Vacasa check in Site at 3:20 PM. The woman at the front desk found my envelope that appeared to be completed and sealed and ready for pick up, I was told I had to wait until 4 PM.

Worse stay ever!

Being on the boardwalk was the only nice thing & location. we have stayed in this exact room for many years and this year was very disappointed how gross this room was I had to buy king size sheet sets to lay over furniture due to food on it and dirty plastic silverware laying in bedroom with dried food on it. I have a 2 yr old granddaughter could have picked that up and put in her mouth just gross we couldn’t get in till 4 due to cleaning well the only thing clean was the kitchen had to buy our own towels and stuff to lay on the floor to step out off shower there rugs were so gross. I left them know about all off this and the leaking in the laundry room my husband had to empty a bucket every day or it would have over flowed onto things of ours. We was miserable!

Nice Condo, it booked through VACASA

Communication through VACASA terrible. Requested early check in, when I called the first time was told it wasn't a problem. I called the day we were arriving and told it's not allowed. Had we known this we would've booked elsewhere. 1. No code for lobby door 2. Shower rod missing, then curtain and rod delivered. No installation. 3. Access to bikes not given. Bikes listed as amenities. 4. Pool has algae and not useable. 5. Garage not secured. Door left up 6. Patio door locking us out

Clean but extremely loud. Enjoy sunrises from balcony, walk to boardwalk and beach.

Checkin with Michele was prompt, efficient, and pleasant. The room was nice, clean, and comfortable. The location looking out over the boardwalk is ideal with easy access to the beach, too. The full kitchen was in good shape and fully stocked with silverware, plates, coffee cups, etc. We enjoyed several sunrises from the balcony and people watched from there, too. Overall, very nice and comfortable! However, there were a couples of issues with the room. The cable box for one of the bedroom TVs did not work when we checked in and it took several days to fix it - it stopped working after a day. Also, the dryer sounded like a jackhammer. Although we reported it on Sunday, it was still not working by the time we left on Thursday. This was very disappointing. We had to leave the room in order to dry clothes because it was so loud. When you pay for a convenience, You expect to have it! Being downtown is great for the convenience of being able to walk the boardwalk but we heard rowdy neighbors several nights. In conclusion, iff you are looking for a condo with easy access to the boardwalk and beach, this is a great choice - thumbs up!

2021 Belmont Towers Unit 305

The unit was our favorite compared to 3 other units we've stayed in at Belmont Towers. Enjoyed the nice balcony furniture, loved that the parking spot was on the same floor as our unit, and you just can't beat the location and beautiful oceanfront views. Just a couple recommendations: the master bedroom TV lost signal at least once every day, had to play around plugging and unplugging multiple times to get back service. There is something wrong with the Internet, only works for the first couple minutes you connect, then it goes super slow or offline, so may need Comcast out there. Floors could be washed better, our feet were very dirty after a few hours so we had to wear shoes the rest of the week. But everything else was nice, no mildew odor at all that is typical with oceanfront rooms. But I'm very disappointed that when looking at the prices for 2022 during the same week, it more than doubled from my March 2021 booking for this year. So unfortunately will not be able to return. I know there is inflation and a new management company, but to double to over $4K in the off season is insanity. But glad we were able to enjoy before the doubled price.

Excessive remodeling

Property was as listed with efficient and friendly check in once you arrived at the check in office, approximately 50 blocks from the unit. Having onsite parking was a definite plus giving the unit's location which was right on the boardwalk in in the middle of the Ocean City board walk attractions. The major problem was the unit was not ready for us to enter upon arrival, we didn't even have a front door! Upon calling the property manager they seemed surprised that work unknown to them was occurring. The workers informed us they would have a door back on in approximately 2 hours and we could wait inside, which we did. Every day from approximately 8 am until 4 pm they were working on replacing door frames in ours and other units. With the door frames being metal and the build being concrete there was constant grinding, drilling and chipping going on. If we had been informed the build was being remodeled when we made made our reservation we would have stayed at this location. As we saw in other reviews the sliding door between the master bed room and the deck did not work even though the answer to the previous entry said it had been inspected and no problem was identified. Another problem was a remote key was necessary to enter the parking garage and one of the two provided would not work, we only had one car so this really was not a problem. We have used VRBO many times in the past and always had some sort of starter pack of materials such as soap E.T.C., in this unit although very well furnished and equipped there was only bottles of hand soap on the bathroom sinks and 1 hotel size bar of bath soap in the unit. For the price paid, including the extra charges, I would at least expect to be able take a shower upon arrival. we travel equipped for surprises when we travel and in this case we needed them.
