Excellent location

Stayed here for the craft show weekend in October 2024. Great location, all amenities needed, spacious condo at a fair rate. Would def stay here again.

Cute apartment right on the boardwalk

This was a perfect place to stay for a family trip to Ocean City. The apartment had everything we needed, the kids enjoyed the pool, and it was so nice to be able to get good coffee from the cafe downstairs and be right on the beach and boardwalk.

Amazing location

The location of this condo is perfect. The beach is amazing and the boardwalk is steps away. The owner was responsive and was able to help work through an issue with check-in, which was resolved quickly. My kids had a great time and really enjoyed the space.

Perfect for our family vacation !

We loved the location and amenities that came with this property. Came with beach chairs and umbrellas, as well as linens and paper supplies. Able to easily clean up sand that always shows up being at the beach with things included at property. Would definitely stay here again!

Great location

My husband and three kids stayed here. My 13 and 14 year old ran around the boardwalk and really enjoyed it. The pool was nice and big not too crowded. My 11 year old loved that it was close to dough rollers pizza. The location of this condo and the large pool made for a really nice vacation.

Excellent Location!

The location of the property could not have been any better! Staying on 4th street right on the boardwalk was amazing. It was really nice not to have to drive anywhere. There were great restaurants, bars, shops and games all within walking distance. The 3 levels in the place was great and provides good privacy. My son enjoyed the pool at the place also.

Perfect OC vacation

Perfect place and location for a week stay! Property was exactly as listed. Easy access to the beach and boardwalk. The pool was always clean and inviting. See the sunrise and sunset from the condo. Great views of the beach and bay side. Had an issue with the air conditioning and the host very quickly had it fixed!! So very happy staying here with my family!

Very nice place to stay , only down falls are your not allowed in the pool after 8pm and after running around ocean city all day it would be nice to be able to relax in the pool. We waited till the day before we left to get toilet paper and paper towels also but was nice of them to eventually ask if we needed any toiletries, make sure to bring ur own laundry soap.

We had a great time during our week long stay at this property. Travelled as a family with two adults and two small children. We actually stayed at this same property a couple of years ago and there have been a few nice updates since then including new flooring and primary bed frame. The location is as good as it gets for ocean views, boardwalk access, and people watching. The property itself is quite dated, but had everything we needed to be comfortable. The main bedroom has a queen bed and full bathroom (smaller) and the 2nd bedroom has a single and a full bed and a larger full bathroom. Kitchen had everything we needed to make breakfast and lunch.We loved our OC week and would stay at this property again.

Great location!

For the most part this property was great although I felt it did lack some cleanliness in the bathrooms and the reservation was for 5 people so I felt we should have been left with a little more than 2 almost empty rolls of toilet paper at least til we could get more and were only left with 3 washcloths. Other than that it was great. We would stay again!

Great space and location

This is a spacious condo with 2 bedrooms and 2 baths. The view was simply amazing from the living room and front balcony to see the ocean and boardwalk to the back balcony outside the lower bedroom to see the bay. You get the best of both worlds! We had trouble operating the TV and the owner was easy to contact and quick to resolve the issue.

Dirty.LR furniture & balcony furniture &balcony rug dirty. Sliding door to balcony took a strong grown man to open & close it & the lock handle was just a piece of metal &once opened could not get it locked again. Large burner on kitchen stove does not work.60 plates but only about 6-8 forks?used sponge left for us in kitchen. 1 towel & 1 wash cloth per person. Master bedroom door would not lock or the bathroom door.Shower curtain fell down on me,closet rod fell down.Bathroom had one handle broken off.Ditry front door.dirty Ice tray in freezer had something brown in it frozen.All in all,the place was dirty.The place is old,so old it has the original green bathtubs.paid 6,000 for a week there.What a rip off.The owner needs to gut it and remodel &put new LR & balcony furniture.I don’t feel at all that I got what I paid for.I have been coming to OC MD since 1973,never had an experience like that before.I have stayed at the El Capitan before& itwas very nice,on 4th floor.We were in 305.I drove away I was happy.I’ve alway been sad to leave the beach.Boardwalk behavior from groups were awful.wanting to fight shop owners.The bike during the day were awful,one almost hit my husband,I pulled him out of the way&we saw another lady came real close to being hit-both times bikes were fast & zig zagging.To much happening there now. I can honestly say that I will NEVER come back.I could have gone on a cruise with my family for the including round trip air fare.NC for beach’s 4 us now on!

Wonderful location

Wonderful location, excellent boardwalk and ocean view, a little disappointed because the pictures of condo need to be updated. The pictures show carpeting but the condo had vinyl floors. Carpet would have been softer for a 1 yr old to crawl and fall on as she is just starting to walk.

Very relaxing

The property was comfortable and as described. The platform bed was a little high for me as im a short girl and I had a dislocated pelvis but i climbed on up.We enjoyed our stay very much.There was a broken table out on the pool balcony and a few burnt out lightbulbs but i think that was an over sight from the cleaning crew and didnt affect our trip at all .The host was very pleasant and accommodating. accommodating. a hiked on up
