Property not well maintained. Front door bolt not working well. Bathroom had soap and loofah in shower from previous guest. Dresser drawers in both rooms nearly impossible to open. Two burners on stove top do not work. Coffee pot not working. Blinds missing in lower bedroom. Couch old and badly stained. One of the last nights we were there the deadbolt stopped working. It was about 930 pm. We contacted the owner with no response. Very alarming because what if we did not have our wallets or car keys we would have had nowhere to go. Fortunately, my husband had stayed behind and was able to manually open the deadbolt from inside. The following day Jane responded and she was very kind and got it fixed immediately but again not responding when a tenant is telling you they are locked out is scary. The location is AMAZING and maybe that is what you are paying for because the unit is just serviceable.

We had a great time during our week long stay at this property. Travelled as a family with two adults and two small children. We actually stayed at this same property a couple of years ago and there have been a few nice updates since then including new flooring and primary bed frame. The location is as good as it gets for ocean views, boardwalk access, and people watching. The property itself is quite dated, but had everything we needed to be comfortable. The main bedroom has a queen bed and full bathroom (smaller) and the 2nd bedroom has a single and a full bed and a larger full bathroom. Kitchen had everything we needed to make breakfast and lunch.We loved our OC week and would stay at this property again.

Very nice place to stay , only down falls are your not allowed in the pool after 8pm and after running around ocean city all day it would be nice to be able to relax in the pool. We waited till the day before we left to get toilet paper and paper towels also but was nice of them to eventually ask if we needed any toiletries, make sure to bring ur own laundry soap.

Bring your own toilet paper!!

The entire exp was a disaster due to the terrible w/ the owner/Jane. She gave us the wrong address and sadly my phone died just as we arrived Friday evening and then wouldn’t charge. My phone had all the contact info for the property. As it was late and we had the wrong info and no way to contact the owner, we got another hotel the first night. Just as we paid and got in room we were able to charge phone and call Jane. We couldn’t get our money back and Jane didn’t care. Didn’t even listen when we said we were already there as she explained 4 times where it was located ignoring her careless blunder all together. There was no promised parking pass and she said when I called that she guessed maybe it wasn’t needed in May, but really didn’t know for sure. Plus, the informants she left were missing a page and had two of another page…just careless overall. Then we learned the hard way that they left only two rolls of tp that were not enough for even two ’s. Again, no comment. We also asked her about the Internet, it constantly went in and out and it was impossible to watch the shows we wanted. Then next day we asked to stay another night seeing that the info sheet said checkout was 4pm. She got irritated as it was 1pm when she realized we were still there, stating that checkout was 11am. Showed her the info sheet said 4. She didn’t know that and it had been since ‘23. She forgot to give us a new door code til locked out and she says woops. And gum on blanket.

Excellent location

Stayed here for the craft show weekend in October 2024. Great location, all amenities needed, spacious condo at a fair rate. Would def stay here again.

BEWARE!!!!!!

Our family recently rented this condo for a 3-night stay. Upon arrival, the Wi-Fi would not work and it took 2 hours to be able to access any TV channels. I called Jane and told her of this problem and she said she did not know why the WI-FI was not working and for me to check my computer; no resolution from her at all. I had to call her back since we were left NO parking pass and ran the risk of our car being towed without a visible pass on the windshield area. Again, no response. The problems within the first day continued and became worse as the day went on. The curtains in the upstairs bedroom were filthy along with the bathroom rug (visible dirt) and the twin bed had a queen size sheet that hung on the floor. The ceiling fans were loaded with dust, and we did not even turn them on. The condo also had a musty smell. The balcony doors could not be opened without excessive force. My husband who is 6’3- 240lbs could hardly budge them. I called her back to see if someone could come out and do some additional cleaning, if in fact, it was ever cleaned at all prior to our arrival. Again, no response. The real problem causing us to leave the next day and move to a hotel, what appeared to be VISIBLE MOLD (black dots-mold spores) and brown dust in and around the bathroom vents. The tub also had mold around the surrounding edges of the inside of the tubs. .....to be continued in seperate review

Very relaxing

The property was comfortable and as described. The platform bed was a little high for me as im a short girl and I had a dislocated pelvis but i climbed on up.We enjoyed our stay very much.There was a broken table out on the pool balcony and a few burnt out lightbulbs but i think that was an over sight from the cleaning crew and didnt affect our trip at all .The host was very pleasant and accommodating. accommodating. a hiked on up

Parking and pool

We took 2 cars and was only given 1 parking space on site. The meters cost us $72/day unless we wanted to walk blocks to find a free space on the street. I'm 70 and we had kids o that was unacceptable. With large suites and sometimes 2 families 2 parking spaces would have been great. We were given one the last day of our stay.Very appreciated. The pool was soooo cold no one could use it. When we looked out at our pool and the one next door ours was always empty and they had several people in theirs. That was disappointing not having a pool at the beach. One other thing...the sliding glass door was almost impossible to open and close. Needs some TLC. Thank you!

Wonderful location

Wonderful location, excellent boardwalk and ocean view, a little disappointed because the pictures of condo need to be updated. The pictures show carpeting but the condo had vinyl floors. Carpet would have been softer for a 1 yr old to crawl and fall on as she is just starting to walk.

Perfect for our family vacation !

We loved the location and amenities that came with this property. Came with beach chairs and umbrellas, as well as linens and paper supplies. Able to easily clean up sand that always shows up being at the beach with things included at property. Would definitely stay here again!

Great space and location

This is a spacious condo with 2 bedrooms and 2 baths. The view was simply amazing from the living room and front balcony to see the ocean and boardwalk to the back balcony outside the lower bedroom to see the bay. You get the best of both worlds! We had trouble operating the TV and the owner was easy to contact and quick to resolve the issue.

Amazing location

The location of this condo is perfect. The beach is amazing and the boardwalk is steps away. The owner was responsive and was able to help work through an issue with check-in, which was resolved quickly. My kids had a great time and really enjoyed the space.

Great surprise!

There’s some things you have to remember when renting in Ocean City Maryland. First it’s a vacation town, there’s locals but it’s mostly vacationers. That being said you’re not there to stay in your room! You’re there to have a good time!! This location was a great surprise. This place didn’t smell when you walked in, the kitchen was very clean as were the bathrooms. The washer and dryer worked great! The pool looked nice and ppl enjoyed it but we were there for the beach. The view from the room was outstanding! You didn’t have to go on the beach to enjoy the sunrise you watched it from the balcony! They even had beach chairs! A Dunkin’ Donuts was right next door!! (I love you coffee!) but there was also a coffee maker, very nice toaster oven and toaster that we used too! For me the only dislikes were: The electric stove top was uneven and some of the burners didn’t work. I’m sure it’s fixable but I have gas at home so I wasn’t messing with it. The master bedrooms’ bed was so tall! Needs a step to get in, and the window is sketchy. Could use a sturdier screen outside it and new curtain that wasn’t see through. Master bath toilet was loose. Even with that being said I’d definitely stay there again if they’ll have us! It was perfect for my teens being right on the boardwalk and I could see them on the beach from the balcony! *the noise from the boardwalk at night wasn’t bad at all, it’s a fantastic stay.

Cute apartment right on the boardwalk

This was a perfect place to stay for a family trip to Ocean City. The apartment had everything we needed, the kids enjoyed the pool, and it was so nice to be able to get good coffee from the cafe downstairs and be right on the beach and boardwalk.

Perfect OC vacation

Perfect place and location for a week stay! Property was exactly as listed. Easy access to the beach and boardwalk. The pool was always clean and inviting. See the sunrise and sunset from the condo. Great views of the beach and bay side. Had an issue with the air conditioning and the host very quickly had it fixed!! So very happy staying here with my family!

Ocean City Boardwalk

The condo was in an excellent location to watch the cars cruise on the boardwalk. This is a nice clean condo with the perfect location right next to Shenanigans restaurant on the boards. The only problem could be the air conditioning unit didnt seem to get below 72. It was nice enough though to shut the air off and open the sliders. The beds were comfy. The bed in the upstairs bedroom does sit a little high. There is also a couple of stairs to get to the top and bottom bedrooms. This place is fantastic!

Location, Location, Location!

Location was great! It was just where we wanted to be. Beds were very comfy, kitchen appeared to be well stocked if you want to cook (we didn’t). TVs were a bit confusing but we are old so younger folks would probably have no problem. There are definitely a lot of channels available once you figure it out. We had some issues with checking in when the door code didn’t work but it was eventually resolved. I would say that in the off season it should have a deep cleaning, along with some updating and painting.
