Enjoyed the quiet neighborhood and its convenient location near several Cleveland Clinics. Apartment was clean, great shower, WiFi and room for the four of us. Will check availability on future clinic visits.

Arrived to overgrown front yard and grocery cart/furniture in parking lot. Entered second story apartment up an unlit staircase to a hollow door with a kitchen cupboard handle to open. The apartment was hot. No air. Blinds broken. Attempted to turn on ceiling fan in living room and it made an awful noise. WiFi password wasn’t working. Reached out to owner and voice mail box was full. Sent massage thru VRBO. It was so hot, my family and I left to go eat, I called customer service and while I was speaking to them, owner called. He was responsive in contacting HVAC to repair. I will say that the place was very clean. But the door and dark staircase along with the outside yard just wasn’t safe. We left that night and found a hotel.

Thank you for your feedback. I'm glad you found the apartment to be very clean and that you noted my responsiveness. When I became aware of the air conditioning issue, I returned your call within minutes and had an HVAC technician on-site within the hour to diagnose and address the problem. Unfortunately, you chose to leave before the issue could be resolved. Regarding the other concerns, the entryway lighting is operational, the staircase is illuminated, the entry door and ceiling fan have both been inspected and are functioning properly, and the Wi-Fi was working once the correct network information was entered. The items outside were likely left behind during a recent long-term tenant's move-out and have since been removed. I'm sorry the stay did not meet your expectations. Whenever an issue arises, I make every effort to respond quickly and resolve it so guests can enjoy their stay.

This apartment is spacious, clean and comfortable. The host used the messaging app to check on us and responded quickly when we had a question. Best feature is the location: coffee, granita and a deli less than five minutes walk and Mayfield Rd (main street of Little Italy) just slightly further. There are enough restaurants, bakeries, bars and shops to keep me busy for weeks. I’d definitely stay here again.

We had a wonderful stay! The space was very spacious with updated furniture and décor that made it feel modern, comfortable, and welcoming. One of our favorite touches was the coffee table that doubles as a foosball table — such a fun and unique addition. The walk-in shower also seemed newly updated and looked great. It took us a minute to figure out how to use it properly, but that just became part of the adventure and added a little fun to the experience. The area was quiet, charming, and very walkable. Being in Little Italy was a huge bonus, with so many amazing food choices just steps away. Communication with the host was easy and smooth throughout our stay. The only small thing we noticed was that the water pressure in the bathroom sink was a bit low, but it did not interfere with using it at all. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend it to others visiting the area!
