The Space:
Welcome to your Cleveland retreat - a historic home in vibrant Ohio City just minutes from downtown, breweries & dining. Enjoy comfort, space & a welcoming atmosphere.
Bedrooms & Bathrooms
The house features two bedrooms, each furnished with a queen bed for a comfortable stay. Please note that the second bedroom is a walk-through from the master bedroom, creating a connected layout. The living room adds flexibility with a fold-flat sofa that becomes an additional queen bed, bringing the total accommodations to three beds and space for up to six guests. Refresh in the spacious bathroom that offers a walk-in shower and a jacuzzi tub, along with hair dryer, cleaning products, and travel-size toiletries for your convenience.
Kitchen & Dining
The kitchen is equipped with a Whirlpool stainless steel gas stove, single oven, refrigerator, microwave, freezer, coffee maker, toaster, blender, hot water kettle, wine glasses, and baking sheet. You will find cooking basics like pots, pans, oil, salt, and pepper, along with dishes, silverware, and barbecue utensils. A dining table makes it easy to share meals together.
Outdoor Living
Step outside to a private backyard that is fully fenced, featuring outdoor furniture, a dining area, and a gas grill for barbecues. A fire pit offers the perfect spot to relax under the stars. The property also has a private patio or balcony for additional outdoor space.

Stay connected with WiFi and an ethernet connection, or enjoy a quiet evening with the 42-inch HDTV, board games, and books. Central air conditioning, central heating, and a ceiling fan keep the home comfortable year-round.

Traveling with little ones is easier with a crib, pack ’n play/travel crib, and baby bath available upon request for a fee. Extra pillows and blankets, cotton linens, hangers, and room-darkening shades add to the convenience.

The property is pet-friendly, welcoming up to two dogs for a flat fee of $125 per stay. Requests for a third or fourth dog are subject to approval and incur an additional $100 fee. Undisclosed pets result in a $150 fee and may lead to reservation cancellation without refund.

Guests will have access to the entire home. This is a single family home and there are no shared spaces!

🤫 Keep noise to a minimum outside. We have decibel readers that track noise levels outside (these do not record conversations). We have had noise complaints from neighbors and have a $500 fine for excessive noise levels between 10pm-8am.
🐾 A max of 2 dogs are allowed for a flat fee of $125/stay. NO CATS ALLOWED.
Requests to bring a 3rd or 4th dog are subject to approval and will incur an additional $100 fee.
🚫 Undisclosed pets will result in a $150 fee and may lead to reservation cancellation without refund. You will be responsible for any additional cleaning or damage fees.
This is to protect guests with allergies and ensure our cleaners can keep the home in top condition for all visitors.
🚭 No indoor smoking (Minimum $500 charge for extra cleaning).
🚬 Smoking outside permitted.
🚫 NO underage consumption or drugs.
🎉 NO parties or large gatherings.
🚫You will be charged $150 for late check out without prior notice.

📌If the property is equipped with a grill, guests are responsible for refilling the propane tank if needed—but don’t worry, just send us the receipt and we’ll reimburse you! If it’s a charcoal grill, be sure to bring your own charcoal. Happy grilling!
