Welcome to the 2-room vacation apartment No. 323 at<br><br>. This vacation home can accommodate a family of four and is located on the 6th floor, featuring a balcony facing southeast with a great view of the Baltic Sea. The kitchen is equipped with an oven and stove and opens onto the living area via a serving hatch. The living area, which includes a dining table, features a double bed (2x 80 cm x 200 cm). The children’s bedroom has a bunk bed (each bed 80 cm x 190 cm) and a luggage rack. Both the bedroom and the shower room have skylights for ventilation. The beautiful beach is just a few steps away. Parking space in the parking garage; stairs lead from there to the apartment. A side entrance provides access to the elevator for ground-level loading and unloading.<br><br>The vacation rental offers our guests free Wi-Fi during their stay. <br><br>Please bring your own bed linens and towels, or they can be rented for a fee for the duration of your stay. <br><br>All of our properties are non-smoking.<br><br>A laundry room is located in the complex and can be used for a fee.<br><br>From spring through late summer, swallows may nest in the upper areas of the balconies. The birds and their nests are strictly protected under nature conservation laws and must not be removed. As a rule, the balconies can still be used during the breeding season.<br><br><br>Attachment:<br><br> The “Ferienpark Sierksdorf” apartment complex is situated in a quiet location on the outskirts of town and directly on the Baltic Sea. The beach is easily accessible without having to cross any streets—particularly convenient for families with children. The gently sloping beach section offers excellent conditions for swimming and is patrolled during the season from May through September. A separate dog beach is also available in a slightly quieter location. The newly redesigned promenade invites you to enjoy relaxing days at the beach and take leisurely walks; we highly recommend the beautiful cliffside trail along Neustadt Bay.<br><br>A variety of recreational activities around the vacation park ensure plenty of variety. Nearby amenities include beachside restaurants, a seasonal bread kiosk, beach chair rentals, mini-golf, bowling, and table tennis. The famous Hansa-Park, with its numerous rides and attractions, is within easy walking distance. An indoor swimming pool is located in the neighboring Panoramic apartment complex. Shopping, a gas station, and an ATM can be found in nearby Neustadt in Holstein. <br><br>Sierksdorf itself is a quiet, family-friendly Baltic Sea resort between Scharbeutz and Neustadt in Holstein. The beach, cliffs, and the charming landscape of Lübeck Bay offer wonderful opportunities for walks and bike rides along the coast or into the green countryside.<br><br>From approximately April through September, swallows may nest in the upper areas of the balconies.
