Welcome to the 2-room vacation apartment No. 294,

. The apartment is located on the 3rd floor of a high-rise building and features a balcony facing southeast with a wonderful view of the Baltic Sea. You can access the balcony from the combined living and dining area. The small kitchenette opens onto the living/dining area via a serving hatch and is equipped with an oven, stove, and microwave. The interior bedroom contains two single beds (each 90 cm x 190 cm), which cannot be pushed together. There is no space in the bedroom to set up a travel crib. The sofa bed in the living area provides an additional sleeping option. The bathroom with a shower is located inside the apartment. The beach is just a few steps away, with no need to cross a street. Parking space in the parking garage; stairs lead from there to the apartment. A side entrance provides access to the elevator for ground-level loading and unloading.

Please bring your own bed linens and towels, or they can be rented for a fee for the duration of your stay.

A laundry room is located in the complex and can be used for a fee.

From spring through late summer, swallows may nest in the upper areas of the balconies. The birds and their nests are strictly protected under nature conservation laws and must not be removed. As a rule, the balconies can still be used during the breeding season.


Complex:

The “Ferienpark Sierksdorf” apartment complex is quietly located on the outskirts of town and right on the Baltic Sea. The beach is easily accessible without having to cross any roads—particularly convenient for families with children. The gently sloping section of the beach offers good conditions for swimming and is patrolled during the season from May through September. A separate dog beach is also available in a slightly quieter location. The newly redesigned promenade invites you to enjoy relaxing days at the beach and take leisurely walks; we highly recommend the beautiful cliffside trail along Neustadt Bay.

A variety of recreational activities around the vacation park ensure plenty of variety. Nearby amenities include beach restaurants, a seasonal bread kiosk, beach chair rentals, mini-golf, bowling, and table tennis. The famous Hansa-Park, with its numerous rides and attractions, is within easy walking distance. An indoor swimming pool is located in the neighboring Panoramic apartment complex. Shopping, a gas station, and an ATM can be found in nearby Neustadt in Holstein.

Sierksdorf itself is a quiet, family-friendly Baltic Sea resort between Scharbeutz and Neustadt in Holstein. The beach, cliffs, and the charming landscape of the Bay of Lübeck offer wonderful opportunities for walks and bike rides along the coast or into the green countryside.
